Help me, I sent 119 Neo from web wallet to Neon CoZ light wallet. Until earlier today it showed 119 coins but now it shows 0 coin in that wallet. I dont know what to do? are the coins lost?

Open the wallet, and at the top right corner, click "Test net" and make it Main net or vice versa and see if that works.

I did that it shows 0 on both Testnet and Mainnet

Holy shit same here its not showing anything. They disappeared.

When I check my balance on neotogas.com it shows they are still there though. Im not sure. I will update.

Okay, phew. I got them back. I was running version 0.0.2 and I updated it to version 0.0.3 on reddit and it works now.

Did you transfer all your Neo to the CoZ light wallet?  or do you still have them on your web wallet or other wallet and you just use the Neon wallet to check on your coins????
I saw reddit feed that we dont need to transfer to Neon wallet, but i still like how easy it is to check on the coins and the GAS earned.
I still have 3/4 of my coins on bittrex and i am not sure if i should send all of them to Neon wallet. I want to earn the GAS though but what if something goes wrong like today and i see 0 coins. that scares me.

Yes, I have them all on Neon and I am earning GAS. It is kinda scary to have so much money on a third party wallet but it has been audited and checks out.

So, what is the best wallet for NEO?

Use the web wallet. you can download the Coz Neon light wallet for mac and log in to this wallet using the private keys from the web wallet. It shows the gas earned on there.

Do you know if there is a downloadable version of this for mac already. Since on their website it is greyed out

download Mac.Neon-0.0.3.dmg
After downloading you can use the private key from your NEO web wallet to log in to the wallet you downloaded and you can see the total NEO you have and also the GAS earned. You can claim your GAS earned here. It was easy and now you can earn and claim GAS easily. I did the same.

My NEO web wallet Sync is stuck at 96.5% for few hours already. Anything I can do to fix. I cant see the Neo that i sent from bittrex until it synchronises. I can see it on the Neon light wallet tho.
Anyone  having the same issue??? ???

I'm using neon wallet and it is not displaying Neo balance or gas earned. Claim gas button displays unclaimed gas but does nothing when clicked.
I tried toggling the main/testnet  but no result. Checked balance of public address and that looks correct. I am running 0.0.3

0.0.3 did not show any balance for me too. You can use their new version 0.0.5. It worked fine for me. The new version you can login using saved wallet or encrypted key as well. The link for new wallet is https://github.com/CityOfZion/neon-wallet/releases

After my update 0.0.5, everthing is OK now  8)

I installed Neon 0.0.7 a few days ago and transferred 2 NEO into it.  I'm using Ledger Nano S integration.  Today I fired up Neon and it shows 0 balance.  What is going on?  neotracker.io shows my balance of 2 NEO.  And yes I am running on Mainnet and have refreshed.

This is really unacceptable and inexcusable.  From Googling it appears people have had this issue on and off through several releases.  One post mentioned something about a Coz transaction cache server?  Is this wallet depending on some external custom (non-blockchain explorer) server to get data?
