Do check timeline for unverified withdrawals. There was load on the system yesterday and could have missed a mail. If it is in unverified, do cancel that and withdraw again and it should send you a mail. Else, PM me and I will get admin to check audits. Website having issue right now .. i guess excessive load again so these errors coming up. But for me I got missing funds of FIAT Balance since 3rd August and still not received any solution for it , i did mail to support to check it and no response from them yet , I hope this gets fixed asap . Never faced this before with CS in past 10 - 12 months journey . So it is much better to withdraw all bitcoins to another wallet to be safe.
