Yes. I had invested on ICO before. It is one of the Bitcoin investment with higher returns but also with higher risks. You can earn double or up to ten times and more after the ICO or you can lose it all. The best time to invest is during pre-sale on ICO but before that, you should do some research first like the whitepaper and the roadmap of the investment.

Yeah! I am regular investor in ICO's. They are good source of profit if you choose right projects. In last one year, I have notice one thing in ICO that you can't expect immediate profits. Most projects shown green signals in 2-3 months. So I made strategy to sell my ICO coins after 2-3 months.
If you got any query, you can ask.

PS: This topic doesn't belong to this section, it should be in Altcoin Discussion, so you can move there.

I really don't trust ICO's, most of them are scams to defraud investors on their hard earned cash and the left git ones sometimes don't always seems to work out very well in the end and you end up losing all your hard earned money and there is no way to get them back, it's a very risky business in my opinion.

???

Of course, I think it is the best way for a project to be of great interest, it will promote the development of each project. In addition, ICO is also a means for investors to make money.

Till now there had been lots of ICOs that cause investors to make good profits. You should just research before you invest and decide wisely. Some ICOs are not trustworthy, but there are many trusted ICOs.

Any clue about where to find that trusted ICO's I have never thought in investing in ICOs, but I might consider it. Where should we go in search of them?

I've done a few ICO's but only put about 1% of my total crypto portfolio into a single ICO... so I don't go big like some others do.  I'm just not that comfortable with the risk.  Also, I'm in the 'freest' country in the world, the United States of America, so I don't access to some of the better ICO's due to their reluctancy to deal with our crazy regulations.

One of my goals is to invest in ICO when I will be stable enough for such risky decision. It is a great opportunity to invest in IT and seek new opportunities.

I would not say I invested in ICO's yet, as that would imply that I actually thought that the concept would go anywhere. I did a lot of speculation, trying to feel whether there was enough marketing and hype to buy and sell. Not saying that there aren't any solid ICO's out there, just that it is hard to find one that is realistic.

For me, it all comes down to if the company / team already has paying clients for their project. Call me old fashioned but if a company hasn't proven it is able to generate revenue and don't think they are ready for any form of investment. I would love to be proven wrong though, maybe decentralized control is the future after all.

I want to try, but for now I am afraid to participate in this type of investment, because now there are a lot of scammers. I do not want to lose my precious coins, but maybe sometime I'll decide to try.

Yes I have earlier in April,

I invested into a pre-sale so it was less risky as you usually recieve more tokens for your investment (compared to a ICO). The way i see it, it allows you to invest a smaller amount with a bigger gain.

One that i am looking at right now is Crowdholding, seems interesting and they are in their pre-sale right now.
