I deposited before and eveything was fine..now IM waiting since 2 hours and the transactions before it only takes minutes. Any ideas on this? There is a tab on the very bottom of the main page. Your transaction has over than 300 confirmations and it's not normal that you didn't receive them on your wxchange wallet. No BQX in my Account , NO reply from the support. Does anybody knows whats going on? Edit: OK I see that support time is between (Mon - Fri, 0900 - 1700 GMT). I wouldn't wait for hours for the completion of my token deposit, never.
