Okay, I just checked the website for a good couple of seconds and it doesn’t look like there’s much work that went on for that site. You guys are doing an Ico for this project is nice, yet there is no real work done on the main website for this coin. The website design could be completed within a day really easily, I am not so sure what the money is going to be used for because you guys look like you’re being frugal with the money that you already have.

97% of the images on your website appeared to be reused and stretched, that is a bad vibe for people that want to invest in something.

Because you are not investing in the website!!! You are investing in the Whitepaper and the Blockchain Coin! that's the money!
The website is an introduction as simple as we could make it! Not one day its 13 hours work.

I read the entire whitepaper, and aside from a lot of healthcare and blockchain jargon being thrown around, I don't really understand what this coin will do. You are good at talking about healthcare providers, EHRs and the like, but I still don't really understand the purpose of Litra?

No! You cant do that with the regulations (HIPAA & HITRUST)! This would be none Healthcare amateur who would suggest something like this.
In our Whitepaper we did layout how it will work (Page 15):

"Litra blockchain can provide additional accountability and transparency to the healthcare industry. The data itself can be deposited anywhere while the blockchain store the links to EHR updates. All updates associated with any individual health record can be curated within individual blocks and published on the Litra blockchain."

You already have it on many hospitals servers, and these servers are there! Litra Blockchain will talk to each server and let the information flows, we will have our own datacenter on a later stage.

The problem with healthcare project is the whole industry is way too regulated and conservative. I will watch both PTOY and Litra of course but I don't expect it to be easily adopted any time soon.

Hi, the concept is interesting and is very close to what I work on in my regular job. As a big healthcare player, my company is investing big time in such solutions.

One thing that always comes up is how HIPAA / PHI /CSV and other compliance requirements will be met by the solution. I dont see any reference to that in the whitepaper. Can you provide some more insight?

Litra blockchain works as connector between all existing EHR systems, that hospitals invested a lot in, and it will not replace easily, we will provide all solutions to get it up to date to our Free EHR users platform, this starts from API, to other solutions, include having some of that data on our  free HIPPA Certified cloud datacenter to healthcare institutions.

We are not providing a replace data storage services! All healthcare institutions have more than enough storage, but their EHR/EMR systems don't communicate with each others, and that's what we will offer cost free for them.
This is one of the multi services we will offer, it will including disrupting pharmaceutical advertising market, and how they reach to physics. 

On the white paper we did mention how it works on basic level as:

I may not come from medical background to understand some of the medical terms used here however I do understand the concept that is being driven and to me this sounds promising. What more would you need than to have access to your medical history at the tip of your finger.

I think this is a great project but I have a genuine concern. When I search google with the names of the team behind the project like Robert Van Damme, Matt Abbott your name Mu Amos etc noting shows up - nothing on any of the team. You would expect that team members being technologists would be on Linkedin or twitter etc.

But jokes aside, we actually was not planning for an ICO, so we started a year ago deleting our data.. As a challenge if can we do it? or not? without paying and can this improve our efficiency? We didn't it took 8-10 months! But 2 weeks ago when we decided to go with ICO, we found out how important social proof is for most of you here?! LinkedIn is not important and no other social account has any value of building a startup!

Litra blockchain provides more answerability and transparency to the healthcare industry.The Project has huge potential.

The project itself looks quite interesting. However there are some questions.

• Do you already have some certain plan involving healthcare providers who is the owner of EHR now? In the web site you mentioned that for them it is free. According to my 10+ years of experience it is really hard for healthcare provider to change its own internal processes and invest in the interchangeability solutions. This does not make the integration with your system free but brings lots of new effort that healthcare provider usually does not want to take.
• From your whitepaper it is not 100% clear what is the reason for the blockchain usage and how this technology solves the interoperability problems in eHealth that is a really big problem now?

Answering these question is essential in my opinion as they cover main nowadays problems in the healthcare data integration domain.
