Post by: freebitcoins4u on August 16, 2017, 11:20:23 AM
hello,

what is the different between hashtags # and $ on twitter?

i see people tagging altcoins names and #btc but also $btc on twitter.

is it the same? because the pages show with # has different tweets than those with $ tagging.

thanks!

# is something that categorizes what was being said
$ I've never seen it used

I think theyre both just for the search. Both are hashtags. I always use "$" on twitter to search for some altcoins!

Yea they are both used for searching twitter. Funny thing I found out about this when the Michaela sextape (https://www.bangher.net/2017/11/youtuber-michaela-mendez-gets-exposed-sucking-black-cock-threesome/) got leaked last month.
