There are so many ways to promote any city on tourism forums I'm pretty sure this coin will die very quickly and it wont help anymore to promote on this forum. To be honest this coin has no use case and let people with just bad memory.

It means that you are starting a decentralized ICO. But with that will not people start to resell before the ICO end? or you have some planning for that.
