The first milestone is in this project to start an exchange service… Minimum skills required: advanced knowledge of PHP and the Bitcoin system. This is a long term project with continues maintain and development of the services. Rates depend on the experience of the developer. Very good at design and structure. Just finished a torrent tracker website which i sold, which now that i think of it, gives me some webspace to work with.
