Title: Help with a 1-month plan to recover some losses :D
Post by: zorranco on August 24, 2017, 08:42:24 AM
Hello, I have been doing heavy research since I started 3 months ago, but I wanted to go short too, and make some mistakes. I invested 700 € and lost 220, so I have 480 now.

I see hodl is the way to go. I don't want any big pumps, just some steady grow. I will be happy if I just got my investment back, and then start fresh new from this point.

So I ask for a 1 month hodl plan. Buying as low as possible now and holding all the way. I have 3 ETHs in the wallet from mining, so I don't need more of this.

I was thinking of Edgeless, because the casino goes live somewhere in September. A good point is that now is more or less low. Another coin I thought of is Lisk, because it will have a rebrand in September too...let's see if it happens like NEO :D

Tenx because it seems people is starting to use his card and as long as I know is one of the firsts in this space (maybe Monaco too, but it has been pumped heavily these days).

Stratis pumped yesterday, but anyway it seems it's near future is good. I have always seen it like a good tech project. ARK good tech too but sincerely I don't know of any incoming news.

Waves because all the hype involved.

Zencash I am mining at the moment, but I only have a tiny fraction (20 €). I could put here some more, though, as long as in September, servers go live and there will be some upgrades on the network.

I think I will go incent, some guru recommended me this.

Please elaborate what coins u think can grow steadily in Sept.

Invest in some ICO, can be x2-x5 if lucky.

Haven't researched about ICOs, never, so I think it's not exactly the right time.

You only need 10 days to get all your money back and get some profit. Get in Lisk today. And wait for 10 days. Then say thanks to me :)

Personally, if you want a coin that's pretty stable, not likely to tank, and has high potential to grow. I would go with Waves, its still not at its ATH and two of its closest competitors, NEO and Ethereum are both way ahead price wise.

If you buy 100 waves or so, you can also just leave them in the wallet leased out, and gain other income that way.

I have faith that once Waves comes out of its Alpha stage DEX etc it will balloon massively, possibly to $100 next year.

everyone make mistake at the beginning and you are smart enought to invest not to much

I made the same mistake and i'm very slowing recovering, i think the best strategy is to not be greedy so don't over trade, to recover you don't have to hodl but to trade just a little, i suggest you to trade in some high volume coin and buy near the "24h lowest" price and to sell at +7-8%, you can recover a good 20-25% in few weeks, for example neo coin is a good candidate for this, but be aware you need to see the resistence and set the limit don't buy as soon as you see a little dip

Be careful in investing in some ICO most of the time you would only lose more money because it would easily be dump in the market specially the ones who are not from a good dev,
So I suggest you should review the Token or coin first before putting your money in it.

You want nice and steady money gains. So it means you shouldn't really buy lot many altcoins. Best one to go for you is definitely Ethereum and Monero. They will never lose value at all.

What's up with Lisk?

My own steady grow month-long investments list:

  • Monero- $120
  • IOTA - $1.3 to 1.5
  • OMG - about 20%
  • SAN - after dip - 10-40%
  • RADS - IDK, I hope it will grow

First, thanks all for help

@prolambo Done already, bought 75 € of Lisk but maybe I will put more.

@Geoff Waves has been on my radar since I started.

@Wojak From these you say, I am on Rads right now.

What's your opinion about edgeless, don't you think it will go up when casino anounced? I am upset with this, because I see nobody talking about it.

You can try to invest in XEM/NEM too for altcoins and with regard to ICO tokens, they are A-okay but you have to look at their roadmap and whitepaper to check if these coins will eventually have the potential to pump up in the future or the years of your requirement target.

What's ur opinion about Tenx? I like that is has real world application. Now it is at 50% of his ATH...can go up....or down :D

I won't go for ICO's too risky for me. My shot will be OMG (hopefully about 20% raise), Monero (especially after todays -10% it's worth buying), Golem (GNT) - it might be a long term invest, but it's cheap! Good luck, hope you will get back on track with muuuuuch more profit!
