It costs $10, so why don't you just pay the person their $10 + tip upfront instead of them basically paying you to help you out.

If BTC is at $15, isn't 0.6 BTC only $9.
And I have to pay $10 to get it?

I don't mind being scammed, I just hate losing money doing it.
