I like their concept but we can't be sure whether they will get any success in future or not. They are VPN service provider where other user can share their internet bandwith for some extra income but sharing your internet details might bring legal problem in future. Most of VPN is quite cheaper to use so I don't know why buyers will prefer this one...

I have just gone through their ANN can we start sharing our Bandwidth to them but whether it is legit one or not we have re-think before sharing.

And they might be same anyway. I wonder how would they profit with just bandwidth if they are not storing data. I think I had previously come across such a similar project which pays directly to our paypal. But just forgot the name of that service. But how we will know for what purpose they are using our bandwidth and also want to know if there is any risk in renting out our bandwidth. Anyways I will wait for the further updates from their team members.
