Hello. Where you send this bitcoin and you not received it? The bitcoin sent has already 74 confirmation and is not needed any acceleration because is already confirmed on bitcoin network.

It is already confirmed as shown by the link you posted. Where did you send this that is showing it isn't confirmed?  Wherever that is, you should talk to them because either they shave buggy software or are scamming you by saying it isn't confirmed.

I never used that wallet. You use phone wallet or windows wallet? Is your wallet fully synced?

Better contact them. I don't know what is the problem. Maybe they scam you. Use legit wallet in future : example bitcoincore, electrum or mycelium for phone.

(you even said it had 73 confirmations in your subject!)

You need to contact their support - looks like there are several ways of doing so on their contact page - this is a problem with their service or their wallet.

There may be a method of exporting the private key from that address if you are using their online wallet or app and importing it using something else (or sweeping).

thnks for your help  .. i contacted them and they said they have a lot of transactions so they may take time .. i am really upset because i need this money to pay an invoice ... please could you suggest to me another wallet that i can reserve my money in  securelly with some options like  free exchange into dollar and some options of withdraw  .. i will appreciate that .

Wondering, that my wallet shows as confirmed, but there are counting still confirmations. I am now at 335 confirmations.

nobody....  i use it since they give virtual credit cards and easy and free exchange  :)

I never had any problem with spectrocoin, you should contact them there : helpdesk@spectrocoin.com

that's a description of exchanges, not wallet. exchanges are less secure that actual bitcoin wallets for many reasons. they don't give you full control over your bitcoins and you can lose your coins if they get issues or is scamming you.

use real wallets instead if you want security.


multibit have been abandoned by the developers. I wouldn't use copay either because of this reason (https://github.com/bitcoin-dot-org/bitcoin.org/issues/1751). for new users I'd suggest electrum.
