Title: Exio (Hilarious scam, the cryptospace is officially crazy!) Post by: williamevanl on August 31, 2017, 12:58:47 AM I see someone is launching a fake Tezos. They copied the white paper in most areas word for word. I mean it's identical they just changed the name?!

Post by: taxmanmt5 on September 02, 2017, 05:16:34 AM Are they really following through on that much momentum from the first project? I didn't really see much of a base of clients there for them to scam people away from. It reminds me of the eBay scams that may still be going on. I can't tell you how many people have told me that they have bought 500, ten thousand, or even 1 million Bitcoins on eBay for a low number.

There are quite a number of ICOs using stock photos for the management team and that is a sure tell. Some dont even bother reaming the image files! Won't go into names but the most recent one was an ICO trying to issue a coin for wifisharing.

And then once it comes time for delivery, the seller said some to some offshoot website to download a wallet and it turns out that the really purchase something that is nothing more than a crap coin with a name that really sounds like Bitcoin. |
