Of those 595 million Jedi coins, there are ZERO buy orders. I don't want to poop on your lawn, but given there is over HALF A BILLION coins already out there for sale that nobody is buying, I'm not sure anyone is going to mine anymore, or want to get involved. tl;dr - The DEV or someone else has ~600 million coins on sale at the exchange with no buy orders (even at 0.00000001). Until 2 weeks ago the last news was that Jedicoin would be merged into DarthVaderCoin (DSIDE) on NovaExchange where Jedicoin is also listed. Last week however DarthVaderCoin has been rejected at NovaExchange and the forum for DSIDE has been completely removed.
