I wanna know your guys opinion about best hash per watt for BTC and/or LTC.

As far as i know:

I have a Jalapeno sitting next to me doing 5.5GH/s for 45watts.  ;D

That said, get any voltage unlocked 7950 or 7970. They can reach some impressive numbers for a GPU. However, you want to look at profitability, not most energy efficient. Here's what I mean:

I can undervolt to increase my MHs/watt to 2-2.5x stock, but I actually lose profitability.

@crazyates, rather than clamor for your order #, I'll just say Congrats!

And yes, I would agree the 7950 and 7970 are the best cards. In my mining experience (http://www.coinminingrigs.com/) the 7950 runs a bit cooler than the 7970 so you can push it further. There are a few FPGA's being re-sold around the forum that would have a pretty good hash to watt ratio. I wouldn't pay more than $1 per Megahash though at this point (for example $860 for an 860Mh/s FPGA).
