Over 290,000 BTC bought and nobody scammed yet. :) We currently have a small amount of PayPal funds available but if (when) they run out there will be more funds available tomorrow. They've been around for quite a while, the do a rather high volume of exchanges, and I've not yet heard any complaints other than the fact that they tend to run out of funds quickly in which case you have to wait for more funds to become available. It's not automatic and you'll have to get a nickname and generate identity using GPG keys. It took me two days to get me up and running there but it is worth the effort. A lot of users there with high ratings are selling/buying BTC for MoneyPak, Liberty Reserve, PayPal, Amazon Gift Cards, etc. EDIT: Here are two useful links if you'd like to learn how things go with bitcoin-otc:
