If I delete my Miner and create a new one will I loose any gained bitcoins ? If my computer crashes will I loose my accrued bitcoins ? What are the best practices for making sure I don't loose gained Bitcoins ? Then, send all your bitcoins to the wallet address from your miner account.

Title: Re: How to lose bitcoins Post by: cardcomm on May 24, 2013, 06:11:07 AM Normally miner accounts have a "send threshold" that determines when the bitcoins are transferred to your account. Make sure you have the hit the threshold to have the coins sent to your account before closing the miner account.
There are many strategies for maintaining the integrity and backing up of wallets. I suggest reading around the forums. Much good advice to be found. Could take months ! |
