No, the ICO ban didn't affect WTC because it's already out and running. But yes, I jumped in with some money because I just couldn't pass on the opportunity seeing how low everything fell this week. Some say that Walton won a competition in Jinjiang "the Jinjiang competition" which is worth over $1billion plus access to factories.
