https://i.imgur.com/puN5INe.png To a normal person (i.e. not a Bitcoin nerd) this is not going to make any sense at all and might actually be harmful to our goals. Using the word "government" and "military" probably doesn't send a good signal! Furthermore, normal people don't know anything about encryption. They use insecure passwords and trust central authorities with their personal information. Touting Bitcoin's mathematical properties will likely elicit yawns and drooling. Consider instead: "Bitcoin is digital money!" Well I'm no copywriter but you get the gist. Title: Re: WeUseCoins needs work! Explain "encryption" to a soccer mom. What they want to hear instead is "safe" or "secure." For example: "Bitcoin is digital money which can be safely stored and securely sent to anyone without paying a bank!" Title: Re: WeUseCoins needs work! The first paragraph on the weusecoins site happens to be "Bitcoin verifies transactions with the same state-of-the-art encryption that is used in military and government applications."
