This is really good news because of all the issues that we are seeing from the Chinese government putting a hardline stance against bitcoin and I'm assuming that their next target are those mining farms located in the province. This news will have a major impact so at least we have something to lean on in case China will reduced their bitcoin mining farm because of he clamping of the government. We will have now a alternative and the domination of the Chinese market will be challenge. Knowing Japan in terms of technology, I think they can also manufactured their own mining hardware to compete with the Chinese.
