Yes, I haven't been active for a very long time on this forum. After I returned, I changed my Email to have one Email dedicated to the forum to not mix up with my private stuff. My Password did not change as you can see. So I really don't see why anyone should be afraid to deal with me.
In the past years, I have successfully dealed on this forum with respected members (also Legendary Members) and after I returned to the forum (already few weeks ago), I had some deals with also some respected members of this forum.
For example few days ago I sold BTC to Magnavox and bought today BTC from what1005 to not mention other deals i made here.

You can see here the review left: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2145967.msg21498242#msg21498242

@Zazarb, yeah you are a very respected Legendary user here, but please don't judge people you don't know or you haven't yet dealed with. Everyone earns a chance. Isn't?
I'm planing to starting offering in the next days very interesting services here, I will get you some vouch copies of my products/services and would appreciate to an honest and fair review  :)
This could be a good, honest and fair start then.

You and zazarBTC are right, but are you paying from funds ? what are your rate ? you don't really have any vast trade history with Paypal for someone to take yours 2k eur. Most if you paying with Credit Card people shouldn't be trading with you, due to the nature of Paypal.

With or without escrow the risks are almost totally absorbed by the PayPal receiver. The sender can reverse the payment up to six months from payment date, an incredibly fatal flaw in the PayPal transaction process. While this might be good for other non-bitcoin scenarios, I believe 6 months represent an excessively relaxed chargeback privilege. It indirectly implies that merchants or people receiving PayPal payments might have a criminal predisposition. A predisposition to defraud or scam. An insulting assumption.

This is a payment method to avoid when transacting with strangers. Imagine having sent bitcoins, see those coins confirmed more than a hundred thousand times after 5 months, then out of the blue your PayPal reflects a reversal or chargeback for a trade you did ages ago. This is a payment method with evil written all over it.

I'm paying ONLY from funds, therefore it's not always available. That's why i asked to send me a PM if needed to arrange the deal.
The rate will depend of the availability and the amount you want to exchange.
I don't use credit cards to send payment and i send always as Friend/Family for your security.

Yes of course  you have to trust the person owning the Paypal. But let me tell you, that you can't so simply reserve payments on Paypal, especially when you sold BTCs. First you need to really understand the Tos of Paypal.
If whatever happens on your Paypal account, you can't simply reverse it. You have to open a DISPUTE
+ You can't open a dispute for every transaction you did on Paypal.

In case of a dispute, you have to proof to Paypal why you dispute? Don't think that PP will just believe what you say. There are some clear factors that will proof that you really sent the payment.
+ at least with EUR Accounts (I don't know how is it in USA etc..), when you send a Payment as GIFT/Friend from your funds (I don't know how is with credit cards as I never used credit cards to send a payment), you can't reverse or dispute that payment. There is NO buyer protection on it. It's clear said in the TOS.

+ If you send money to someone as Service and you want to dispute it, note that Paypal will contact the receiver to understand what went wrong. Let's say you bought for example funds on Localbitcoins etc. The receiver will state that he sent you the BTC and PAypal will release the money to this person, even if you really never received the coins - for a very simple reason: selling bitcoins with PAypal is not protected. This happened exactly to me. I sent payment to a Vendor with my funds, I never got the coins and I lost the dispute. So don't always think that only the Paypal receiver will take a risk.

For that reason, you can't do such deals with everyone. You can't and shouldn't accept Paypal from everyone.

I think this was not the question he asked .... :-)
And the only real payment method which is 100% not reversible is Crypto. Even bank transfer can be reversed when there is a proof the transaction was frauduled. Does it mean people shouldn't do anymore business?
As Newbie, (unfortunately) until you reached some public Trust, you have somehow to proof we can trade with you and it will work. Of course, not everybody is a scammer but that's how the forum works. A Newbie can be as well clean as a Legendary user, but a Legendary also can scam you (but we know that the rate will be very high with Newbies).  Corrent me guys if i'm wrong.

Regarding scams and reversible method , escrow and trusted traders to get funds from.
No, not really if you make wire transfer via Western Union and you paid by cash, and there I pick up the money before escrow releases you aint able to chargeback it at all, also are you still in control of your alt account " leatutz " or what happen with it ?

Yes that is true, but then you need to have some criminal energy to do it :-)
I already read here about scam with WU even using Escrow. Escrow will not resolve all problems.
To close this discussion, everyone just has to be careful. There are always good and bad boys, that's the nature of the life. Before dealing with people, regardless if trusted or not, try to study them anyhow and get your point of view before moving to next step.

I m don't judge, and don't call you scammer, I just  warning people.
First of all, you should prove that you account not hacked, and even you original owner, you trying trade large amount(2000EUR) with reversible payment method, what is risky in principle.
and I not see any evidence of your former activities,  In order to have confidence in you of such amount.

and I not see any evidence of your former activities,  In order to have confidence in you of such amount.

Just to clarify this thread, it's opened trade here.
There is a Minimum and a Maximum I can trade.
There is no official rate to trade, every deal will be discussed in private.
Also I will not have always funds. If you want to exchange, send me PM and I will tell you if I have right now funds available or not.
So I'm not asking someone to send me 2000EUR. I'm saying that I can do exchange from 50EUR to 2000EUR Maximum. So you can start with 50EUR and move on and see if you can trust or not. Why not trying now with 50EUR? For you, i can even go lower as exception  :)

For Members (regardless of level) with proven Trust, I can send first. I buy sometimes from some other sellers here, and I have also to send first. No problem with that as long as they are trusted.
As I'm sending first and as Friend/Family, once my money is out, I have NO CHANCE to recover it if the buyer declines to send me the coins. So I will not take this risk with not trusted users. I'm not in hurry to exchange.
May be in some regions/countries you can reverse Payment sent as Friend/Family, but in PAYPAL EUROPE there is NO CHANCE to do it. If someone is able to do it somehow with some criminal energy, then it's fine for him but i'm not interested in such activities.

As long as it's fully legal, i could think about it but i don't do 1:1 exchange, and worst if I'm going to "shop" for you :)
Think about, minimum is 50$ to exchange.

@filipwx

yes , if you send as for friend, no way  chargeback yourself , even there are no such options in paypal  to start dispute , but this does not mean that Paypal  can't chargeback.
This can occur for various reasons: stolen , hacked account, stolen cc. And even if you do not do it directly, you may have received in this way transfer from other persons, In this case pp performs the return circuit.
so there is always a risk.

you can't raise a dispute with this type of payment (at least from the paypal page). Probably you will have to call Paypal and explain why.
They will check the logs to see if this transaction seems to have been legit (your "fingerprints" etc..), of course some good hackers could match ALL cases, but there is no guarantee.
Anyway, this is not just a simple calculation.
The rule: Generally don't accept PP from everyone and select carefully the person you want to deal with. Of course, there is still no guarantee.
And even saying that, if we start really thinking like this, then no one will open a business these days and accept Paypal or Credit card as payment, as all this can result to fraud.
So it's up to you to think if you want to run a business (that could potentially have some risks) or just open a shop at the next street, when you accept only cash payment (but here still a risk that you get dirty cash or fake bills :D)
So what is the other alternative? Don't do any business at all and/or just look for a job as Employee: You are safe  :)
