Post by: kseistrup on June 23, 2011, 08:24:05 PM
Is there a testnet pool I can join?

Cheers,

You could go solo on testnet and find a block within minutes.  No need for a pool.

I only have a low-end CPU, so I prefer a pool.

I have this testnet pool up for... testing.  You could use it if you like.  I don't make any guarantees, but i'll try to leave it up for a while.

Also note that it is using the standard pushpool, so it will actually solve blocks slower than you normally would on testnet, because it filters out hashes below a certain difficulty and doesn't even send them to bitcoind.

Yes, I wish the real bitcoins were as easily minable…  :)
