You could use it if you like. I don't make any guarantees, but i'll try to leave it up for a while.
Also note that it is using the standard pushpool, so it will actually solve blocks slower than you normally would on testnet, because it filters out hashes below a certain difficulty and doesn't even send them to bitcoind. http://75.101.142.241/ Title: Re: Testnet pool?
