Title: Who wants to see the price go down?
Post by: Lovetrading on September 10, 2017, 04:44:42 AM
I can't wait to see it at 3K level. I will load what I can buy. Btw, I own a dozen of it, so I'm loosing in the short term, but I know it will pass 6k by 2018.  Time to load again What's your entry price?

i think everyone wants price to go down so they can buy a little more bitcoin than they could buy before. but some of these people have unrealistic expectations out of a dip and will be left behind.

let me give you an example;
when price up to $2500+ and things were exactly like now, many were expecting unrealistic drops down to $1500 or even back to $1000 levels. you can see today that all of them were disappointed and were left behind. but those who were more realistic and bought at $1990-$2100 range have now doubled their money.

Basically we should really be able to take advantage of the fluctuating bitcoin price. Surely most peoples want bitcoin prices down but then hoping bitcoin price will be increasing again, obviously at the bitcoin price down that's a right time used to buying it and then can selling it when bitcoin prices start to increasing and higher in the next time.

Everyone's waiting for the price to go down to buy it so it can't go down at the moment - atleast for a few months. If we see depressed prices for a long time and people start losing some interest then we'll see low prices.

$3k?

Better have a plan to buy at higher levels too, or you may be obliged to buy back at much higher levels than now.

I can't wait to see it at 3K level.
i also can't wait until i get my genie who grants wishes. :D

Quote
I know it will pass 6k by 2018.
so you are speculating that bitcoin will only rise about 30% until 2018!

why exactly is that? each year so far bitcoin price has gone up about 150% to 200% with exception of this year which had Japan adoption and SegWit activation.

what do you think will change that causes the rise to stop and be a tiny 30% instead?

What's your entry price?
my intitial entry price was $400 then after the fall continued in 2014, i bought a lot of BTC at $180-$220. back then people were waiting for the genies too, for prices like $50 again to buy.
from that time until today my entry price is when i have spare money irregardless of price.

If the price go down a little maybe we can drive more people to buy and doing transaction with bitcoin  when it reach 3000$ I believe there will huge number of people buying, the reason is because the people already see how big the price can go, so they will have positive mind toward bitcoin

I think buying it now is a wise choice. Currently, bitcoin is at the lowest price in the last few days, so we should buy it quickly before its value restores.

You may want to reconsider that.
You are rooting for a price to fall that may cause a panic to other users. You are here and you have knowledge that it will go back up. What about those who dont know a thing about it? Have you ever think of them.
You will also be affected by that panic once they sell their coins too.

I think you should buy bitcoin now, this is a good time, do not hesitate, if you do not buy it now, the price can go up again. Because bitcoin will not go down too much when it is still the most preferred currency.

The fluctuation of bitcoin will be soon, and it is worth waiting for the price to fall, to bribe a little more for yourself. But if it is only for a short time, it is not worth waiting for long-term prospects. Although those who want to sell, only wait for a raise to sell more.

Wait I will just sell my coin first before you could get what you want.  ;D
Cmon dude, there are people who want it up because they have just bought their coins and wants to see the profit already and here we are talking about bitcoin to fall down. That is too selfish of us if we just want it for our own profit. How could bitcoin be more inviting to new users if we think like this.

To be honest, I would like to see the price of bitcoin lower, because as its price increases it seems more inaccessible for people who are just starting in this economy, and for those who are coming. But since the price of $ 4000 seems to be confirming as an important support level, at least I would expect a more stable and less volatile behavior in the coming months.

The bubble time hasn't gone yet so yeah there will be a little drop soon ,
But not really dropped below 3k that is my own research ,
After the correction it should be beack up and skyrocketing as always ,
Because of the mining difficulty, bitcoin getting hard to be earned, the price will so high!

You will get big disappointments alone if you still believe that you are going to see 3k levels. I do not find any possibilities for the prices to break the great support zone around $4000 to $3800. Only if it breaks then you may see $3500, still I doubt that $3k will be never be possible as per current news and events.

In reality if the price of a bitcoin goes down a lot of people will panic because we all don't know what will be the possibilities, it can also go down lower than expected if you buy bitcoin and for sure you will lose if the price will go down. But if its will go up, well thats a goos newa for those who buy bitcoin from the time bitcoin goes down. In reality a lot of people will also a fear to buy but maybe it is also good to take some risk for bitcoin.

I'm bullish long-term, so I also wouldn't mind a short- to mid-term drop. I've been selling a bit on the way up, so I've got some fiat ready, waiting to be turned back into coins again. Should we not reach my buy-in threshold again, aw well, so be it. There's worse that could happen than Bitcoin continuing to grow.

Be careful what you wish for, though. A long term bear market is quite boring to sit out.

For me it basically doesn't really matter whether we go up or down, because I benefit from each direction the market moves into. I have enough coins in reserve to satisfy me, which doesn't really feed my hunger for more coins, but if the price tanks to lower $3000's, I will happily use that opportunity to buy back some of the coins I sold at +$4500 levels - who's gonna say no to that? I am patiently waiting for the next movement of this market, which I strongly believe is a dive under $4000 in the coming days, or at least before the end of next week. Funny thing is that if the price ends up falling back to $3000, people will look at it from an extremely negative perspective, and that while $3000 still means that we're up like 200% this year. :D

I also want to see Bitcoin within those range, even lower is much preferred. Bitcoin is much expensive now so buying some will give you small amount of bitcoins. If ever the price goes to the 3000 dollar level or beneath it, many will start to buy in some more. It will be a one way ticket in having many Bitcoins. These are rare cases so when Bitcoin goes down, I hope I will have the money I need.

Personally I own more than enough so I can't be bothered to move in and out as the price fluctuates.

Mine's around $300. It may take a longer time this time around as the market expanded to include the new participants: investors, pro-traders and investment newbies whom the top brass feeds upon.

I don't think anyone that hasn't bought at the peak won't be happy to be offered an opportunity to buy back his coins at levels far below they sold at. I think that it would be a healthy situation for the market to take a few steps back, taking into consideration that we have gone up like 400% in value, which isn't peanuts -- this level of growth isn't sustainable. Ideally, the price shouldn't tank under $3000, but we have seen the market do weird things before, so there is no way we can discard that possibility. I will start buying as soon as the market falls below the $3500 level, and if it doesn't fall that low, I'll just keep holding.

I don't mind seeing a price drop at this point. We've had such huge gains that I don't think a price drop will hurt the health of Bitcoin at all. It would give us all a chance to buy more Bitcoins at a lower price.

It also seems like Bitcoin is due for a drop because it has been very volatile in it's history so far and this last increase seems to have been too fast. A correction is probably expected.

Yes absolutely that's what most investors are hoping about because after price droppings more frustrated investors parked their capital while waited for the price to pump. But I do believe that after dumpings they will buy again for investments and long term goals is their main principle of holding bitcoin assets.

A trader would want the price to drop dramatically and then wait until the bitcoin price increases again. This is one way to be able to make a profit. By leveraging all possibilities then expecting a declining price is a hope that can be profitable for bitcoin buyers. after the price increases then they will be ready to sell the bitcoin that has been purchased at a higher price than when buying it.

Buyers would want the price to go down so they can enter at a cheaper rate while those who are already into Bitcoin are hoping that the value would continue to rise. We are getting to be big speculators on the value of Bitcoin and some are saying that this can be the big reason why BUBBLE is now appearing and is about to go POP. Or maybe this is just how a normal and open marketplace can be operating since we could never stop people to speculate...or should we then limit the number of people who can buy their Bitcoin?

Who would love to see that? I think only few people loves that and those people are big whales who can buy more when the price are in the deep phase but this happening will surely be hate by low pockets guys since there earnings will be lessen if the dump will be happen by the time they accumulate there balances.

Basically, or the most important part of playing with this fluctuation is to buy in every floor this fluctuation offers us and sell on every ceiling that you've met. If you have a dozen of btc, the movement from 5k down to current price right now has really hurted you bro.
Abot the question, I think I want to see it go but i'm willing to take chances to buy right now, see the 4k support can be its floor, and breaking it would be hard so it might recover now, since the FUD of China's rumor has passed.

Well I don't want to look at the past anymore, I want to move on so that we'll see another ATM. The only moment that I'm going to be happy is to see that the price of bitcoin is going to become higher. People are predicting 7k$ price by the end of the year and negative news from China or somewhere else can't stop bitcoin, it just can to make it's raise slower. The price can really drop to 3k$ on the wave of China's banning ang coming fork, but I'm more interested in price's raise than it's fall, because of I have no plan to buy, just have no money for that action ;D

Everyone who doesn't own Bitcoin would love to see the price go down. Everyone who has a little bit of Bitcoin but not a lot would love to see price go down. Everyone who has a lot of Bitcoin probably wouldn't want to see the price go down. I'd say that if it drops to 3k without any major news stories, it would be safe to put some good cash into.

As someone who owns a moderate amount of Bitcoin, I'd love to see the price keep climbing but with just enough dips mixed in to be able to add to my holding.

Luckily, this is what has happened historically and hopefully will continue to happen.

I agree with you if the price goes down then everybody will try to buy bitcoins that way almost 90% will have bitcoin and it wont rise if everyone has it it will only decrease.

But if the price goes high and not down then those who have bitcoins are very lucky.

Very few users who have been saving in terms of conventional currency or gold wish for a decline in price. Such users will use it as an opportunity to hold and profit out of it in a much shorter time period as the price pumping happens after price dump. Such a situation has been taking place during each and every price drop.

I think that the price reduction needs to be paid attention and become more active for buying bitcoin. The fact is that to date, who used these moments earlier, he doubled his fortune several times. It seems to me that today is the case that gives the opportunity to invest its funds in Bitcoin.

to me i do not think that we can see such a big drop in the price of bitcoin because in present time people are still more interested in bitcoin and they even want invest money in bitcoin because they are still hopping that bitcoin will give them more profit as bitcoin still have good potential to increase its price, therefore to me i do not think that the price of bitcoin will drop below 4000$, and i think that still it is the best time to invest money in bitcoin in current price and get the chance to make some profit.
