Title: Bitcoin India and Koinex Update
Post by: mohucool on September 10, 2017, 02:42:28 PM
EditBitcoin India Users are telling its scam site, be alert be safe.

I also checked out Koinex (https://koinex.in/), it's still in beta, one good function I saw there is the chat function, where traders, investors can chat with each other.Koinex seems promising, they have listed Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple as of now, they are true exchange like Coinsecure with realtime trading, as more traders will join the site it will grow.

Let me know if you have any doubts, also tell if you find any new services.

Are you this website because it seems that you are promoting the website which actually does not seems to promising at all. Not sure what is the client base and how much trustworthy it is. Also there are lots of work to be done related to the website, it just does not look professional at all.

Koinex is still in beta, so you may find some issues but it seems promising to me as other Indian exchanges don't have chat function and real time trading for altcoins, I am not promoting them, you are free to use whatever you like, I am just sharing my views what I feel about the site.

Title: Koinex not crediting xrp for missing destination tag.
Post by: Shunyo on December 27, 2017, 02:21:59 PM
Koinex has not credited my xrp transfer which i did without destination tag, i agree that i should have looked this up beforehand, but as no other cryptocurrency requires this i did it and later realised that they need a destination tag, but its well known that its an additional information and not critical, also if i can track my transaction being a layman, they can two, i tracked my transaction and mailed them screenshots, still they are not responding to mails and crediting the xrp. It seems!! :-\  It is the best Indian exchange platform to transact with. Another choice is coindelta which has more currency enlisted there.

I am taking back my words  ;D as the recent announcement says you will be charged 2.36% for INR withdrawal and 2% for INR deposit.

This is really a loot if they are charging you for deposit and withdrawal. I had heard of btc withdrawal fees but for amount deposit and withdrawal fees is like too much . So approx 5% fees I pay for a trade including the buy/sell trade fees.  I think users will shift to other better exchanges than such exchange who are new in this field and charging much higher than the old exchanges.

They are playing their game because they have achieved their desired target quickly by offering free trades and referrals now its monopoly time for them....

Their coins are all trading at a very high premium compared to every other Indian exchange. You cant even buy coins and transfer it to another exchange.

That is because of Volume and users on top of that I think they also have some dummy trades inside to keep market going.
