98M tokens (MPX) will be for sale.  It will simply be distributed by 98M / Total BTC value collected.  Bonuses will not dilute the MPX token pool.

This project while different than Moneypot.com, works together with the Moneypot network and its team.  If you haven't visited lately, I suggest you take a look on how it is evolving to a web-wallet and hub that still supports the gaming platform that old customers were accustomed to.


We had closed the thread to focus on this next phase, the ICO.  We made our policies and statements known, as we did here in all the information provided.  

Post-ICO, The plan is to make the majority of the main bankrolls to be private, consisting of a portion of MPX funds as the contributing house bankroll.  Current investors of the bankroll will be divested, to be cashed out, completely separate from the MPX funds.

The good thing about this upcoming new setup is that all funds and holdings will be protected by the trusted escrow team.  All expenses and transactions will be verified.  This applies for during and beyond the ICO's completion.  You can find more information at https://www.moneypot.com/escrowterms.pdf .


Yes, the overall investor profit under the last commission model was -91.8 BTC.  You can check the stats at dicesites.com/moneypot.  The overall site profit however was 518.8 BTC.  We believed the 500 profit to be the most representative number to use.  Had the investors under the last setup performed above equity, it would be otherwise confusing to lead them to believe that they'd earn the same rate.  Likewise when it is under equity.  

Apps will continue to receive 40% and with the planned move to a mostly private bankroll, this would leave 60% of the house edge left for MPX.  Under the previous results this would have the investor site profit as +69.8 BTC.  This of course is based on the previous result which was under expected value, the true calculation that MPX will depend on.

Let me explain:

When MPX funds are used for a bankroll, it is directly created to work off the house edge calculations.

If 100 BTC is wagered for the day and the house edge is 1%:

100 BTC * .004 (40% of house edge) = .4 BTC will go to App Owners directly.
100 BTC * .006 (60% of house edge) = .6 BTC will go toward the Moneypot network directly.

Theoretically, the bankroll contributed from the MPX funds, remains the same, working off of a 0% house edge.  This allows for a steady stream of MPX investments without necessarily drawing to or from contributing funds.  It also allows the escrow to keep almost all contributed house bankroll funds still under their control, as only a small portion is needed to support the bankroll's variance.

If the same stats were applied from V1 of Moneypot, these bets (drawing the stats from dicesites) would produce 97,000 * .006 = 582 BTC in generated profit for the Moneypot network.

Keeth, your behavior here is disgusting and I believe a crime under Canadian security laws. I have made a formal complaint to the Ontario Security Commission.

I am one of your previous investors, and besides losing considerable money to what was either theft or at best criminal negligence. Furthermore last year you promised me compensation, a promise you have done absolutely nothing towards. Not a single satoshi. Raising money from new investors to pay back old ones is almost the definition of a ponzi.

If you lost money then your financial statements must reflect the fact. As you know, what you "should have" made is known as "expected value". What you actually made is known as revenue.

And revenue is very different from "net-profit". I would hope you already know what net-profit is, but let me help make sure we are on the same page: net-profit is how much money you've made after all expenses are consider.

I am sure you and your team have not been working the last 2 years for free with no expenses. So I'll ask you plainly, please answer: Over the last 2 years, what is Money Pot's actual net profit?

In your update you reset the investor profit conveniently hiding the huge amount of money investors lost. And of course you have no problems advertising how much wagers and users you have.

But worst of all you refuse repeated calls to demonstrate solvency like in the exact same manner you previously did. People would even be happy with you proving your assets to a neutral 3rd party like Dooglus who could also substantiate your claim you never claimed the BCC which it justification for withholding it from investors.

But I particularly love your will receive donations from revenue generated legal hack. I'm assuming you came up with it yourself. I showed my wife who works in a legal firm and she spat out her coffee laughing. She pointed out that not only is it's transparently obvious what it it really is, it demonstrates willful non-compliance.

Perhaps you should allocate some of that money for upcoming legal expenses.

Commitment to current and previous Investors:

Current day and previous investors will be credited so that they were in profit of at least their investment plus a bonus that equates to approximately 6% roi a year based on time invested going backward from today.  This will be credited over the next year from future earnings both from the current moneypot platform and other moneypot revenue streams.  Snapshots are taken from today.  However, going forward from today, there will be no extra credit.

We have listened to all the feedback from investors (both current and former) as well as experts in the field.  Some have expressed concerns about the current setup.  We have listened to these concerns, re-evaluated our model and it has played a major role in our decisions.

We have also had reports of foul play that could be trolling or a small chance that these claims are true.  While there is no evidence or proof (after months of checking vigorously and consulting with several experts), we have not taken this lightly and have weighed it into our decision to credit investors...

We liked the Waves community and the ease of having a decentralized exchange immediately after ICO distribution.

At this current point, we are more comfortable working with Waves nodes than with smart contracts.

Moneypot in my opinion is a very well established and proven profitable project that over time should be able to produce real revenue for its investors. If Edgeless and Bitdice, in my opinion less established and less intelligent projects can be successful Moneypot could be a very solid ICO.

Hm? I don't mean to sounds like an ass, but I don't understand this. Didn't you guys have like have 500+ bitcoin or something? At current prices that's like $300k USD worth of BCC.  I don't understand how you could possibly justify not collecting so much free money, especially when you're still holding all that unpaid debt to investors. I might be a bit off base here, but the only logical reason I can think of is that it might exacerbate solvency issues?

When you acquired MoneyPot nearly two years ago, investors were in profit. Now investors are at a loss while MoneyPot itself continues to profit at their expense. In no small part this is because at some point you decided to expose investors to a dangerous amount of risk despite being warned of the consequences multiple times. Understandably, there is some mistrust towards you.

Distributing the BCH that rightfully belongs to investors–you say as much yourself–would go a long way towards regaining some of the goodwill you've lost. Multi-currency support is already one of your main features and Bitcoin Cash's API is virtually identical to Bitcoin's, making it fairly trivial for you to make that money available.

So I don't understand why you would take this position and leave what is essentially free money for your investors on the table. The only rational explanation that comes to mind is that MoneyPot is insolvent and does not hold enough BTC and BCH to meet its liabilities towards investors.

As a former MoneyPot investor myself, I'd love for you to prove me wrong by demonstrating your solvency–like MoneyPot regularly used to before you stopped doing it.

At the very least you should publish a list of MoneyPot's addresses at the time of the fork so that we may verify that the majority of BCH has in fact not been claimed as you say. You would not need to provide your current addresses, so there should not be any serious privacy concerns, but providing this proof to a universally trusted third party like dooglus would also be acceptable.

The site process is pretty straight forward, but we will be providing details in graphics form on how to complete it. 

We respect both sites.  I believe they were both successful with their ICO's.  BitDice has raised over $10,400,000 thus far and I believe Edgeless tokens are now ~20x their starting ICO price.  So it is very complimenting that you say that.

I do have a question regarding your 'Bitcoin Markets' website. How will this compete with other such exchanges, especially in terms of volume and fees. How can the security of our bitcoins be ensured?

Yes, it is a crash game.  There are a few out there atm, but the majority of them are going off of old outdated files and unofficial sources.

At the moment, it is still being developed.  DO NOT DEPOSIT at this time.  We are going to have it launch in the immediate future for Bitcoin.

Post-ICO, we plan to have MPX as the base currency to allow multiple altcurrencies face each other for the P2P game.  I imagine we will be the first to do this as it is an insanely hard task to accomplish given Bustabit's coding structure.

Bitcoin Hero does sounds cool and I really like the theme of the site, i havent play much of this type game but i might get hooked playin this site especially after seeing there will be some contests, hmm if i may ask ,what kind of contest will it be? can you give us an idea?

It's been a while I am using Moneypot and using it's apps, it's great to know about it's ICO. What technology will it have and how will it work? What makes BitcoinHero different from others and rise above others?

Exactly, moneypot.com has since come a long way and is still improving. By all means, moderate the thread and feel free to delete any of my posts if it means getting rid of the bogus stuff JPR is saying to slander the mp brand. Enough is ENOUGH.

When the ico start?

We will feature on a limited number of coins.  The plan is to focus on quality coins with community support and usage behind them.  Coins such as Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Waves, Litecoin, Byteball, Neo and a few others will be made available.

With a lower amount of coins, we can focus on having high liquidity and continuous trading action on these markets.  The plan later is to have a secondary exchange, open to accepting multiple other coins.  It will share the same code base but different ideals on how to operate.

BitcoinMarkets is for the most part completed on the backend.  We will show updates and let users demo some if it within the month.

I saw some new addition of coins to moneypot ..can we use them just like bitcoin where we can send without transaction fee between users? and afterthe ico is there any plan to adding of more new coins?

We are still ironing out details for the bonuses.  It's a bit harder to calculate because BitcoinHero features a player vs player bonus that will remain throughout its existence.  


If you're asking about the addition to the Moneypot web-wallet and gaming platform, Litecoin is already supported.  The plan is to work on a functional lightning channel once it proves to be more stable.  Neo is another coin we like and will be featured at some point in the next month or two.

Our marketing plan is simple.  Work on the features, build them out, and then showcase them.  

The projects are for the most part complete, but there is much to be improved and added.  We will gladly be showing updates on these projects as the ICO progresses and after it completes.

There is definitely a plan to have something like this implemented.

Moneypot has been working on different player levels and app levels.  With a higher app level, apps will be able to bypass the extra steps of logging through Moneypot and login directly.


BitcoinHero is still finishing up, however we will be implementing the proper depositors to have Bitcoin running in a Beta mode with lower maximum wins.  Post-ICO, the site will have a proper launch with higher limits and more features.  MPX will then be worked to be the anchor coin for altcoin support on BitcoinHero afterwards.



The first day of the ICO starts Sept 17.  Registration for the https://ico.moneypot.com website will start later today.

Any special benefits for pre-registrants ? I am excitingly awaiting for Sept 17th to get 30% bonus, it would be great if you add up some more bonus for pre-registrants.

I guess that one day benefit of 30% alone will be a big advantage for any investor and to grab that pre-registration will be more helpful to avoid last hour buying on september 30th.

Tokens are sent out proportional to each person's contribution to the project, so it's impossible to send them each time there's a contribution.

Yes, truely said. They say slow and steady wins the race. Though there are some confusions about Moneypot project being implemented in a slower space, but the developers are keeping their promises on the timeline, and not implementing anything hurriedly just to accumulate investors. With a clear vision and holistic approach, this is going to create history.

Though most tokens are using Ethereum Smart Contract these days, it is the preference of the developers. I don't think end users will have any preference over the ETH platform than the Waves tokens.

MPX can also be held on the MoneyPot platform in user accounts so that you don't need a Waves wallet or anything. It's really just up to personal preference.

You're correct. I think the fact they are expanding beyond a gaming platform and into the web wallet vertical is a nice differentiator. I try not to get myself involved with business related matters, but here it goes:

When I took over lead development last year I made a commitment to all of our players and the MoneyPot ownership group that I would do right by them and deliver products in a timely and orderly fashion. Almost right away I was tasked with integrating alt coin support and implementing version 2 of our platform.

After extensive research into our version 1 platform I determined that it would be a better solution to completely redevelop the core MoneyPot application from the ground up and scrap what was previously developed for version 2. I want to make it clear that version 1 was extremely well written and I offer my gratitude to the previous developer(s) as the application served its purpose well with little to no flaws.  The problem however was the fact that the application was not written with alt coin support in mind and did not offer the flexibility to do so without needing to be drastically overhauled.

Initially the plan was to implement alts into version 1 and then release version 2 with other exciting features at a later date. I pushed back hard on the ownership and after demonstrating how it would be more efficient and beneficial to our future to do it my way they reluctantly agreed.  They knew it would make our customers unhappy, but they also understood why it needed to be done.

I know that the schedule has changed on several occasions and I am likely to blame for that. MoneyPot is an extremely complex financial application with several moving parts. I was not, and will not release an application that is not ready for production for the sake of just getting it out. There was no need to prove MVP here as one could argue MoneyPot was already in that state.  How would you feel if your bank released their software without careful review? Its a recipe for disaster and any confident engineer would agree.

So, if you need someone to blame, blame it on me, and not the ownership group. Despite popular belief and all of the attacks on them, the owners have been working non-stop around the clock forfeiting activities with their families and large amounts of sleep to work in the best interest of everyone. I really wish that you guys knew how hard that they have pushed to succeed and had the opportunity to actually get to know them like I have over the last year and a half. They truly have become some of my best friends and have become damn near close to family!

Version 2 of MoneyPot has been soft launched with wallet support for BTC, LTC and Dash. One application currently supports wagering with alts and another is coming this weekend. Version 2 features a new algorithm with some amazing features that I can't even share yet. App owners are getting a portal that puts them in more control of their apps and provides them with extensive data points that they have never had access to before.

It sounds to me like the situation is like this:

A website made a guarantee that they would provide a floor for the Rubies price by promising to always buy them back at 1000 satoshis each, and later the website went back on its word and started telling people to fuck off.

There was nothing in the promise about having to be nice to the website, or never to criticize it, or any such terms. Just a blanket floor price.

Am I misunderstanding something? Or has MoneyPot broken its promise?

I don't want to go throwing "red trust" around when I possibly don't understand the full picture, so please clarify what's going on here. Particularly in reference to the floor price promise and whether that promise is being broken or not. I'm less interested in any rudeness, bad reviews, or restaurant analogies.

these guys are SCAM!

i was investor at moneypot for more then year. i started with pretty decent sum of BTC, but quite fast it started get into losses and i w/draw'ed most of fund, and left about 0.05 BTC just to survey. during this time this investment lost 50% of its body. and about month ago it was 25200.01 satoshes.

here is my post from October 27, 2016 to MONEYPOT offical thread about latest HUGE winnings, and, eventually, losses for investors. it happened several time with HUGE winnings and all started sounds very fishy. here is the link to my post:

after latest dashboard upgrade, when i accessed my account i didn't find any BTC on my account. when wrote to moneypot support got response, that they are working on... but they can do divest manually. since then there is silence.

JPR you clearly have a following and have turned people off of this ICO that MP is trying to put together. MP and MPX are separate entities from which Dogedigital has expressed. They are doing this in order (my assumptions) to separate the previous investors, which they are paying back, from the current/potential investors in this round. It's also clear that JPR and Dogedigital have history and bad blood between them. It's also clear that with this ICO that they are trying to run is to build the MP brand so that MP can have cashflow to pay back previous investors as well as pay the MPX investors. When I looked into this it appeared to be a solid plan and looked promising. Dogedigital has appeared in this thread to be transparent and accommodating, with the exception being to JPR. JPR admitted that he, along with others unknown, were part of the MP network and at the announcement of MP that they would accept rubies JPR along with others purchased, and gave away rubies, as promos in order to lure potential customers. For some reason, business or other, MP didn't accept rubies. JPR is now demanding that MP pay back 6+ BTC with interest and demands that MP buy his rubies at a set upon price. It is unknown what agreement was made for a floor price for 1000 sat each.

Clearly this is an ANN for an ICO for MPX, not personal grudges or pre-determined, or not, agreements to be made.

I sometimes thinks you should reconsider the name.. Might be that "MONEYPOT" was just not a lucky idea.
Serious Wallets, like Blockchain  or Trading sites like Kraken are already difficult to trust.. but MONEYPOT.

Also.. I must state that I am a current investor and my login DOES NOT show my Bankroll amount invested anymore.. Which other investors might interpret as "scam".. Which I am sure it is not.. But it should keep on stating.. after all. the gambling part of MP is going on ...

The wallet functionality is up and running on MoneyPot.com. There is still a few coins that we are in the process of adding, but right now LTC, BTC, and Dash are live.

The investment portal is still under construction. If you would like your balance etc I would be happy to get that for you and send it to you privately in a few hours. (Not around computer)
