I am using coinsecure from early 2015.

Initially their services are good and there is very less competition in market.

Nowadays their services is like hell..

Deposit & withdrawal take more than 3 days to complete. server dead frequently.

Dead phone support (Only IVR).

Dead Email support (Updates after 3 or more days).

There is huge competition like zebpay, bitxoxo, koinex etc.,

Indian bitcoin users should move to next exchange if they don't provide quality of service.

If you don't able to provide the service due to the huge request, this is the time to quit and move to another job,.

Every exchanges like poloniex faced this issue but they resolved very quickly... It's more than 3 months+ but still providing the same worst service.

I am not the only guy got irritated due to the dead slow process by coinsecure.

I am not sure what exactly is the problem that is causing the CS to delay the deposits and withdrawal. They were the fastest among all the other in the market. Just in couple of months things are getting on a slow phase. Understandably there could be high volume but they would have definitely come up with solution has this has happened before also. Hope things get on track quickly.

The problem is day by day load and number of users are increasing and they are not able to keep up. Without the site running they cannot approve your deposits . And so banking backlog is also increasing day by day .

Then they should stop accepting INR (just now seen this) and Send back my funds....

you might have mistaken them, They are very good, i had some issue regarding the verification on KYC of my account, but they helped me out through phone call, on other side untill i send them all details correctly, very informative and great customer service. I personally had good experience with them.

It's been 2 months since I used their service last time.
My experience was quite good with them
And they have cheapest commission rates right now in India

 I don't know exactly what went wrong with coinsecure my experience was worst with them. They always make me wait for days and customer support is no use total disaster, such a fake exchange. Now I switched to another exchange and I'm happy with my choice bitxoxo given the instant answer for every query even at late night.
