There is a very knowledgeable community member named sidehack (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=130792) that offers hosting, and would likely be able to host your miners if you still need it!  ;)

Wouldn't want to step on anyone's toes, but, I can offer managed hosting from the South Coast.

Okay.. That sounds good, only problem, I don't think it's possible to change delivery address to another country at Bitmain once delivery address has been selected.... So that's a problem lol

Yea, changing delivery address is not allowed anymore (only within the same country i think).  That's why I always contacted hosting provider prior ordering miners.
