Title: Bitcoin survive, some altcoins die?
Post by: Johnnywelsh on September 14, 2017, 10:42:36 PM
Loving the opportunity to invest at moment, going to be grabbing some of the bigger coins over the next few days and holding till eventual rise again.

My query is over altcoin survival, since their market cap isn't as glamorous as the big boys, isn't there a serious chance some can completely go under?

Just trying to weigh up my risks if some of the more attractive altcoins are worth putting into my buy order. Probably will be, but curious as to other people's strategies when trying to avoid potentially vulnerable altcoins at this moment in time.

My current prices i'm waiting for are
OMG - $8
Waves - $2.50
TenX - $1.50
BAT - $0.10
CIVIC - $0.20

Probably do about $500 in each if they hit my desired price with maybe $1000 each in Eth/Neo and enough to buy a whole bitcoin to join the club!

OMG - Don't bother, it'll be dead soon
Waves - Don't bother, it'll be dead soon
TenX - Don't bother, it'll be dead soon
BAT - Don't bother, it'll be dead soon
CIVIC - Loooooool

Why are so hell bent on investing good money in these $hitcoins?  Still your money in BTC, ETH or NEO like a grown up would.

If you are desperate to join the rest of the kids and stick your money in magic make-believe coins/tokens that will never achieve anything, have a look at BitDice, it's probably right up your alley.

The above is not feasible to hold long, instead I will bet on bitcoin and NEO because the current market is going down and this is the best chance to invest.
