any good advice for what is the minimum rig? that can compensate with the expenses?

pause first on finding a rig. start looking for ways to minimize expenses. (like solarpanels). $0.20/kwh is the problem.

Better look for 1070ti or 1080ti for GPU for mining.. it always depends on your Capital Budget..

I would like to say that you should join on those FB groups which do mine on Philippines.I have seen them mostly having 7 gpu set-up in order to be profitable on mining considering on the electricity cost in PH is really expensive compared on other countries.I have seen them that they are mostly using 1060-1070 or rx 550 or rx 470 it would really depend on them on what would be the gpu but atleast you do have 7x gpus.
