It doesn't seem fair at all if the user can't insert their own entropy into the system. It looks to me like you just hash the result before every single roll, making it near impossible for anybody to actually verify things unless they stop between every roll and check. In addition to this train wreck, you can just pick bets that would make the user lose if they don't change their strategy.
Not to mention this site has all the markings of some pre-made script sold to somebody that has no idea how to operate a site, and while it might look pretty when it first loads doesn't seem to have much functionality at all. So far I have no idea how to verify my bet at all because you don't even tell me how you get the result.
