Title: Bitcointalk Signature Campaign Monitor
Post by: handschi on September 18, 2017, 04:35:45 AM
Bitcointalk Signature Campaign Monitor

many people run signature ad campaigns and struggle to monitor their users profiles.

i built a solution for this.

It is very simple

*) go to Bitcointalk Signature Campaign Monitor (http://freepage.square7.ch/bitcointalk-signature-campaign-monitor/)

*) create a campaign with a password

*) add your users which you want to monitor by pasting their BCT profile link or user id number

the server will daily monitor their profile and log it into a simple report.

this way you can easily verify if your paid users reached their goals in terms of post count and if they correctly displayed your signature at all times.

when you go through your reports and a user met your criteria, you can either clear his log for the next round or delete him

here's how a report looks like: https://i.imgur.com/5U9oVuV.png

feedback welcome.

Some managers are looking for post quality even their participants reached their goals in terms of post count.

Still they will look into profile of each user one by one. Maybe this is a good help for those campaigns without post quality evaluation at the end of each given round.

Nice idea overall and keep up.

The altcoin campaigns will be suitable for that kind of counting but this one will not get a good effect on BTC paying campaigns since mostly of the sites are hiring some good campaign managers to come up and manage the camp with them manually so that they can make sure that there participants are making a good post and not those shitty ones. But this concept is good to go but you need to make a good quality verifying checking so that this one will not became worthless in the eyes of the staff and mods.

I like your service. It may not help campaign managers with spammers but it will show who's wearing a proper signature.

Just go to

Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Marketplace (Altcoins) > Bounties (Altcoins) (Moderator: mprep)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

and PM the creators of topics to test your service.

This is useful if the quality of posts is not put into consideration,   BTC earning signature campaigns managers are always after quality post, they manually screen applications and look out for quality post before accepting applicants,  this services is appropriately useful in bounty campaigns where post quality is not usually considered.

This might work. There's a lot of campaign participants who are cheating by changing signatures and this service will monitor them 24/7.

This is very useful to some managers that handles too manh campaigns. It can help them.to manage things in their hands now. Spammers will be seen here I think. And those 1 day workers.

According to your report screenshot it doesn't show the posts so if a person spams with low quality posts it will still count it, still makes the job more convenient maybe add URL to the profiles as well so the manager can look up his latest posts to make sure there is no low quality/spam posts.

Nice job! Do you plans to open source it?

i might if there is enough demand.

on the other hand the service runs fine on my server and it is free to use with no restrictions.

All right, perfect.

I was thinking of developing a complete tool for the bounty programs with (bitcointalk signature, Twitter, Facebook & press posts)

proper english would help. i cannot understand what you want to tell me.

"user does not exists" probably comes from you entering an invalid user id/profile link.

Not bad...you know this ain't the first time someone came-up with this.Such bots have existed in the past and continue to do so.Does your program allows to check the number of post counts ? Most importantly, does it count the valid posts ? I bet it doesn't.

what do you mean by "valid posts"?
a bot cannot judge post quality. thats up to the campaign manager.

this tool helps you keep track of
NUMBER OF POSTS
ACTUAL DISPLAYED SIGNATURE

He might be asking about the minimum char count well even quality is important, I don't think it checks if the post has reached min required char count since it only shows posts made/day.

Aside from the quality of posts which is largely based on individual managers decisions, there are still several things participant do which makes it difficult to track. An example is someone who alternates signature campaign and because the paying time is different, managers managing large number of followers to be monitoring them couple with several campaigns, wont do that until pay day and the culprit will get away with it as only few has been caught.

What I suggest is to PM the managers with your service, tell them the advantages of using it and suggest to manage it for them by giving report on a weekly basis while they focus on the quality, you focus on compliance and I am sure a lot of them will want to look into it.

However, there is need for your service to capture evidence when the infraction took place for argumentative purpose when it arises.

I assumed that Joel_Jantsen wants to know if the bot will not count those post restricted by the campaign manager like Games & Rounds, Off topic and Beginner & Help thread. There was one campaign that already using a bot to manage their campaign, "BitMix.Biz Signature Campaign" and it was challenge from the beginning.

I think this is very useful for campaign manager who are working on multiple campaign. And it will saved them a lot of time counting post and checking signature everyday. The only bot that I think became very successful is in the Bitmixer campaign manage by Lauda. But still she has to check every post and kick participants who don't follow the rules.

I must admit that Lauda did a great job to manage bitmixer participants, check one by one and blacklist most of them due to low quality posts or too many invalid posts even though they were posted in valid boards. But, at least, Op has mentioned privcoin bot which offer more algorithm in order to create a better bot, but still the quality of a post should be judged by the manager. This bot could check number of posts and actual displayed signature, a question; if someone change signature for 10 seconds, this bot will record it or something to check about it? If it can't, maybe you can add this feature, a notification for a manager about someone change the signature.

Bitcointalk Signature Campaign Monitor

many people run signature ad campaigns and struggle to monitor their users profiles.

i built a solution for this.

It is very simple

*) go to Bitcointalk Signature Campaign Monitor (http://freepage.square7.ch/bitcointalk-signature-campaign-monitor/)

*) create a campaign with a password

*) add your users which you want to monitor by pasting their BCT profile link or user id number

the server will daily monitor their profile and log it into a simple report.

this way you can easily verify if your paid users reached their goals in terms of post count and if they correctly displayed your signature at all times.

when you go through your reports and a user met your criteria, you can either clear his log for the next round or delete him

feedback welcome.

This is so cool
This is really suited for those ICO campaigns and Alt that requires lot of participants. They can really monitor their participants because some are just spamming and they do not monitored and people trying to fool them.
Great job.

It's really a cool and useful service, especially it can snapshot the signature of every post(it's a snapshot right ?). I'm amazed only few people give it a try.
