Pricing seems ok and it also might be better than common vpn providers' dedicated IP service which has double cost.

From the server they were connected to external servers via RDP. At the same time, the connection was going through the server's props, and previously included the Proxyfier program. Installed Windows Server 2008 R2 EE x64 - no connection. By logs in general, RDP does not want to go to the proxy at all. However, other protocols, such as SSH - work. The proxy port is HTTPS 8080.
