Title: username:tubexc stolen account
Post by: ctubex on September 21, 2017, 01:29:19 PM
I created this account because my real account was stolen.
And someone other than me is writing posts on my behalf like this one :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2188057.0

My username: tubexc
My real logo : https://imgur.com/a/ZnTlp

I hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible.
Anticipated thanks

This happened shortly after they sent me this private message to my real email (sportbilliee@gmail.com): "
You have just been sent a personal message by notabeliever on Bitcoin Forum.

IMPORTANT: Remember, this is just a notification. Please do not reply to this email.

The message they sent you was:

Now the dirt  only you know and not publicly announced. The only Chinese pool right now that lets me mine is Viapool. They give me btc and bch wallet that I quickly send coins out . BCH is weird because  I notice via used my hash for themselves. Again none of these places are trustworthy. The biggest is to offer you 120 percent but the take a larger fee.

Bitmain, FC still do but bot good  BTC.com closed to me today. Bitclub closed last year with my 13 bitcoins. Yes I log in from a vps outside of my country and the balance still shows 13.4 coins owed to me. I suppose that is a future loss which is good now the way the govt is going and bad as it would of been a nice paycheck last year.

The difficulty is really bad for mining BTC. Every month my 7Th is worth less as on Kano its worth .001 for every block found. Two months ago kano gave me .0013. I mined eMark and got .0016 aday.

After all this you want to still mine Chinese then create a miningrigrenal with all your miners. point them to the .eu server then set your pools. Assuming you are from the us.  Another country that is closing in on miners. Hashnest banned me as my state might go the way Newyork did even before my state passed the law. Yes used the vps and got my money out of hashnest too.

Once you read it delete it please

First of all, losing your account to a hacker feels bad, i feel sorry for you and can completely understand your anger and frustration towards the forum's system.

That being said: the way you're posting will probably not result in the return of your account, but rather in a removal of your posts and a ban of your new account. In order to have a shot at recuperating your account:

  • only 1 bump is allowed per 24 hours
  • this thread belongs in the meta subforum
  • you don't show any cryptographical proof the account belongs to you... Find an old thread where you posted an address, then use this address to sign a message. If you post this message, and it checks out, people from DT will mark your old account and tell if it's ok to pm theymos or cyrus with said message

Hi again
In this page you can find my post with the transaction id were you can find my Multibit bitcoin address:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=18313.msg18543751#msg18543751
But i can not sign a message because multibit is no longer supported ( https://multibit.org/ ).
So if it helps Jonny Bravo (http://www.bravo-mining.com/index.php) can confirm my actual electrum address that i use to mine on his pool.
And  can also confirm that he knows me and that we have exchanged posts in this forum and emails about his pool.

Maybe the moderators are too busy
If they can not solve the problem I think they should at least close my account that was kidnapped to avoid further damage to my reputation and also because I think it is an injustice that it remains open on my behalf !!!

you should understand that they are receiving a lot of pm's about something like this,
have you read this before posting this ?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0

because as far as i know if you can not sign the message, they will do nothing.
you can not prove you are the owner of that account by signing the message,
Quote
I very rarely recover accounts if you can't prove ownership as described above. There are alternative ways of proving ownership, but they take too much time. If I point you to this thread, you can't prove ownership properly, and then I ignore your future PMs, this means that I'm not going to recover your account. Create a new one.
and i am afraid even if you can ask him to verify it,moderators does not have the time to do this.
but at least you still have a chance to recover your account as long you did not do something stupid in the pm's
do not spam the pm's or else you will get ignored by them.

by the way, what is the relation between Bitcoin and your account ?

Thank you for looking
But i already explained that my bitcoin address on my old post is from multibit hd wallet that
is no longer supported at least on windows 10 32 bit.
So if you can point me a solution to this problem i would be very grateful .
If there is no solution for a simple recovery of a password that has been sabotaged this forum for me loses all credibility.
And it will only be a waste of time and an act of cheating for me.
Because I also have the right to doubt the credibility of bitcointalk.org

So much incompetence.Create a forum and at the time of registration do not say what is a signed message to avoid
risk off loosing the account.
And then think they have the moral to run the Forum
