how many ICOs have you joined ?

Only a few,but you have to very selective.Most of ICO's on the paper are great projects but in reality scam.
The best thing to do is learn your shit and do your own good research.If you search for others opinions they're most likely biased.
I invested in four ICO's and even in worst case scenario I expect one to succeed,covering all of my other loses.

I've invested in 9 so far, all relatively recently, but it's interesting to see the new phenomenon where coins are trading below their ICO value. I'm still bullish on what I've invested in, but it's frustrating when you see you could have picked something up cheaper just by waiting. That's the nature of the game, but it's crazy how quickly values can drop.

I reckon many ICO investors here have made a very good sum of bitcoins over the 3 years of no governent warnings. Maybe we should have followed the money instead of listening to the negative comments.

Would also be interesting to hear how much you guys have invested in ICOs so far.

None! I dont believe the current way many teams are using to crowdfund is a legit and healthy way for the crypto system long term, so i chose to stay away from them... Hopefully they'll find more suitable approaches in the future.

only few, I don't spam ICO's. It's not about how many token you have per ICO, it's about "how much" tokens you earned per ICO. So I intend to concentrate with few but with structured plan and I think will be successful. I also make that before I join campaign, I read the overview of the project and feedback from the community.

You can call me newbie, maybe it just few and trying to get it. But just like in some rooms that i learned, some people keep looking and seeking but much of them are scam. Sometimes it worked at the beginning but if there are more people like it, the result is nothing. It sucks when you have to depo but it scam.

Only few, I am very selective in choosing what ico I am going to follow. Due to the conditions that are now too many new ico come up, but most of the ico is very bad and irresponsible.

I have involved with 5 ICOs total and I have invested different quantities for each one depends on how much I believe in project, from min 100 bucks to max 1.000 bucks.

I just follow the big ico because if ico successful profit coin when the market I am sure will be successful as well. And in choosing a great ico I judge from how successful it is when selling in pre-ico

I have joined only a few ICOs, because that needs a good research. So I research for the devs, the project behind the ICOs and the unique benefits of the project.

I have joint over 10 ICOs since 2014, syscoin was my first ico, recent one is change project.

I have also invested zero BTC or EHT in ICO yet.

I have been following development of certain tokens but havent made first step to join any of them.

It's really surprising how they are popping out on a daily basis, some of them really have interesting ideas, but just because of a flood of them, many don't get as much attention as should at least deserve.

Participated in over 10 ICOs now buying at the bonus stages or during the presale where the token price is lower. A tad bit of research about the corresponding deployment fields of the coin being offered will give me enough information to take a call to invest or not and I'm only getting better at this. With recent developments and ICOs losing popularity, its becoming harder for the potential ones to come up amidst all the floating junk but having an eye on multiple projects and their progressive roadmaps could be a desirable thing to do.

Not much just 2 or 3, then I understood that it is not good to participate in a ico if its hardcap is too high, that rises the possibility of falling below ico price.

I have intention to invest in more projects during ICO, but just that, there are negative comments all around that most of the ICO are scam, and that has made me to be very careful in investing my money into any ICO. Although, I invested in Just Dating Site JDS recently and I hope it will be a successful ICO at the end of the day.

i've just join only 3 i can't handle it all because i don't have pc for my report i'm just using only phone and it is very hard for me to join in many campaigns. If i given a chance to have my own laptop i will join all the campaign that could accept me in their project, I'm going to advertise it all so i can earn a lot of token that could be change in a value of bitcoin.

I have yet to join any ICO but I signed up here for selecting a good ICO. But because I am a noob so its hard for me to select a good ICO.  :'(

you need to do your own research to find a good ICO, this forum have many psot to tell us how to do it, and a eays way is to invest the hot project, but it mat also lead to loss

For me personally i have not really known ICO and its advantages whatsoever if i follow ICO, it still takes a lot to learn to know more about ICO. Is it like an exchanger,trading,investing or how? sorry i'm a newbie for it.

I personally invested in 2 ico and I can say that this is not the best investment. In fact everything they say only promises. It is better to invest after ico because only then it will become clear how serious people are about their project.

So far in my rank now, I am not capable yet to join in any ICO signature campaign which I think need level up my position here.
So, while waiting and feeding myself about knowledge in bitcoin and everything here in the forum I need to be patience for the meantime now.

i joinned only few, to join the champaign for few of ICO, sometime is not easy, example, i must to have followers on twitter more than 1000, while, i just maked twitter at last a few months .

I have only joined 1 ICO so far. It was Tezos. I like buying ICO coins in market depression phases like we have one. For example: So many coins traing 50% or more below their best ico price.

for quite a few investments, and I follow also for signature campaigns. I do everything that can make a profit, including investing in ico.

I joined so many of them. I cant count. I remember 2 of them because i lost money. Primalbase and chronobank. They were both such disappointments for me  :)

I have joined once with octanox and it is also a good ico project.

Only in exscudo,i think this project will booming and with the good development it can easily return investor money

Therefore you should do research first before investing in ICO dude there are many ICO. but few have promising potential. You should also see how serious dev is doing their ICO project. for example CarTaxi you can see their ANNThread. Dev is very serious in developing and deploying CarTaxi their idea is also very promising

to my rank now I have two ICO join but to my first joining signature campaign is failure because of my wallet i use exchange wallet that's why I cannot get the first coins.

I haven't joined any so far, because it's still very hard for me to distinguish what is a real ICO, with a real solution to a problem, and what is a scam. I read their white papers, and some look really good and I would like to invest on them, but I still wasn't able to do it. Also they normally ask for at least 1 ether, and I'm not rich, so it's a decent amount of money for me. I'm keeping an eye on some ICO's do, because they seem to really have great projects.

I just joined one ico project which I believe is very successful because if I divide my money into various projects the profit is little but if it is focused to one project then the profits will be very abundant.

To be sincere have lost count, the best performing ICOs I invested in is Stratis. There are lot of them that have rewarded me well but nothing compares to Stratis.   

Only one , that's coindash . Gave me x5 profit , I was satisfied with it .
Now I want to join in the Cindicator ico, but it doesn't accept Chinese investors , what a pity !

For my rank now, I have not gotten to the position of joining ICO yet, so I think when I rank up, I will be able to tell how many I have joined.

Almost every big ICO. But it is not a good strategy nowadays.

4 ICO's and so far its doing pretty good from what I can tell. Though the hunt for good ICO's can be pretty time consuming. That number excludes bounty's as I dont see a bounty as ICO participation.

ive joined many ico's but ive been scammed mostly and the managers are sometimes not updating the spreedsheets. thats why i stop on joining ico's or bounty campaigns because my efforts are only wasted and it took so long time to wait but in the end you can get nothing or sometimes a useless token that you cant exchange for btc.

Till now i haven't participate in any ico project in order to the lack of my enough money whenever i have a lot money to invest any project then i will be joined ico which one will be best and roadmap is so high. just now i have participate only bounty project.

When I join an ICO its not to make quick flips. For example the way people have recently made in Kyber. My recent investments have been in OPUS and Blackmoon Crypto, I will be an investor for a long term in both as I believe in the project.

Currently i'm joined ICO only a little because many ICO who not promosing and many scammer. I just follow ICO which is only promising and can benefit from the project itself. I've seen and checked in Bounties (Altcoins) are just a few nice ones and the rest I'm not sure will success.
joining an obscure ICO would be a waste of my time.   ;D

Three. Profitted in one and then busted in two. Good thing that i've earned more than i lost since i've invested a lot more in the ico that had a good run. Then two consecutive losses. That made me reconsider about treating ico investments like gambling

im just still new in here but im join some bounty right now to test if it worth my time in here or not. But im very positive to for every icos that im participate now. Hopefully this will be my miles stones to start in cryptos world.

Just 1: KICKICO. Invested 100 dollar for a first time. Still need to receive my KickCoins.. Something with BTC payments..
The people who have payed with ETH allready have their Kickcoins received...

For me at this point its a hmhm ICO.. It will probably come, but they are vague on information if u ask trough their chat..

With my entire stay here I just joined only five ICO and I can say that I at least profited some 20%. Don't wanna be too greedy and that time I like more to day trade than scalping. And now I'm just watching some ICO and watch them grow in the market but with some ICOs now I'm quite hesitant as many now are scam or more likely their tokens turn to be a shitcoin.

so far I've only been following about 3 ICOs, I actually have doubts about following ICO. and if I join many of the stages that I do that convince me that the ICO will work and provide benefits.

I've joined to CVC, Tierion, EOS, GigaWatt and Brickblock at presale. To this moment I can consider all my investments as successful =)

I did not join a lot of ICOs, only ICN, vDice, and Wings, investing in ICOs was better at the start of the year, some of them really paid off, but now I prefer to hold Bitcoin and Ethereum instead, because the greed is eating people's money.

I've joined around 12 ICOs already. 5 of them were pumped more than x10. 7 is not so successful, but anyway I hold them. Some projects need time to grow. If they are not scam ofc.

That's since that day I realised that you can earn a lot on scam ICO (monaco), and still waiting the ROI of the good projects (wagger).

Conclusion : Quality of a project won't make you rich in short term, just the human reactions on the market will.

I haven't joined any ICO yet but looking forward to join in the near future especially with those promising projects.

So far I have invested in 12 ICO roughly couldn't remember exact number as some of them dropped in between after turning out to be spam. However only 2-3 were successful for me in terms of getting me 20-50x profits from the initial investment.


Currently I'm enrolled into two major ICO of this year and that is social nexus and jibrel network. Both are dam great and expected to have 100x profits. I'm just waiting for the social to hit major exchanger and for now they have already been listed over small exchanger. Let's see what happens. :-) I don't see any other ICO that promising for now. Only these two.

If I can remember it correctly, I only joined 4 ICOs in the last four years of my cryptolife. Technically speaking, out of that 4 coins, I only invested (using BTC)  in 2 of them. The reason behind that is because I only have small amount of BTC available and can't afford to invest more to other ICOs available at that time. For the other two coins, I participated in them by signing up to their signature campaign and accepted their tokens as a payment after their ICO phase.

I would like to add that those ICOs where I invested became successful in their own right and provided me good profit later on. I'm still regretting some of my decisions where I ignored the other coins that available due to insufficient fund or lack of research on my part. Well, we cannot have all the glory and profit especially here in crypto.

I recently got into ICO like 2 months ago and I was luckily that the ICO was keeping me afloat with all the china fud and the dropping prices. I have joined, kyber knc, blackmoon bmc (now in red), blockmason pre ico, etherparty pre ico ep, chainlink link, enjincoin, cosma, 0x, everest and dimcoin. Hope all these investments will give me good rewards. I had tried to join ICO years ago but that ended up very terrible, like Letitride which turned out to be a scam.

I haven't personally invested in an ICO but I've done many translation services to some ICOs and they've turned out pretty well  :)

If the ICO that I have followed already a lot, maybe dozens.! but for a successful ICO, just a few.

KickICO and Centra is both good ICO and very successful I hope not to see it below ICO price since most of the time when ICO is done the price of the coin dumps upto 50% then newbie investors will start whining.

i joined more than 4 icos. but know i think about not invest so much in icos. first experience was good but a lot of coins will be dumped after getting on exchanges. than you can buy.

I have participated more than 10 Ico in that I got good returns in mco and bqx in short time. Remaining all not much growth every coin I kept holding some of the coin dropped like 10x price .

I'm investigating it and following closer some of them, I recently come back to the "bitcoin world" and I'm still not up to date with the news.

I think this was my 3rd joined ICO, and all of them gave me a good profit anyway. Aside from participating to their ICO project, I also joining in investing to their ICO, as my investment Fud.

I have participated 3 times as much as the ICO but one of his is XUC. ICO is making me very disappointed because it had long been no news for settlement, either from a manager or team responsible for the project. I really hope this will be of Ico is immediately possible to resolve their problems, ...

in my part i have no ICO that i have joined. so good luck to me in seeing good ICO.

I have invested in a few. Got great gains in some and then there are some that I am still holding. So my investments by far has been in MobileGo, Omisego, Kyber, Opus, Blackmooncrypto. Except of kyber and OMG, rest all are yet below ICO price, yes you read it right, not even at breakeven. This said, for long term i am positive about them as i had researched about all these before putting my money in.

I have joined three but signature campaigns and bounties only since I am not into investing in presale. We already know the risk brought by these projects but sometimes it is worth trying. If we are planning to take part with ICO's just be careful and aware of it's purpose and background. Scams are anywhere and will appear anytime in an image of an ICO's with too good to be true road maps. There are actually people that are victims of those scams let's just beware of too good to be true projects. Research is highly recommended most especially to those new in these investment.

What does joining mean? I an currently supporting worldcore by joining their signature programme. But I never put money in. It is still very very doubtful for me to buy some tokens.

A lot of people say ICOs are scams, but thats just not true. The sentence should be alot of ICOs are scams9not all)
Kyber is a perfect example. If I had manage to get that one it would be x5 very short term

This question have only one answer for me.this is null.Because i am newbie still now.So i am join ICOs, when i go junior member.

Yeah i do agree with everyone who think it feels like HYIP or even gambling ,
But of course if you know well with the people behind that project , what product they are working on etc ,
I think it's worth to put your money in that kind ICO ,
The point is don't make your ICO investment like gambling by do it randonly on random projects.

interesting, is it from all three ico you follow and invest, the three ico are successful, I mean successful in their project and able to run the idea they are doing and is it coin they managed enter in exchange and have the price? because I'm curious. with many people saying that many ico become scam?

I have only participated in one ICO, which was OmiseGO. Very happy about that. I'm currently looking for more winners like OmiseGO but haven't found one yet.

I may have joined a couple like you have. I don't like to wait for the ICO to end in order to receive the coins that I purchase.

As a beginner to crytocurrency world, I haven't joined any ICO yet, I just joined its signature campaign but I will try joining an ICO. I will join an ICO once I have earned my income from the signature campaign that I have joined. I will try some ICOs and hope to earn more.

I personally invested only on TRST (wetrust project), recently so many ICOs have been launched and IMO most of them will fail

i joined in 2 ICOs by Signature Bounty Campaign and Fb bounty campaign.
and im still exploring how the Things work in this Forum

He do hate ICO's  knowing that there are people who do see this stuff as scam and just like him and even myself considered on this thing.I dont participate on ICO and i usually buy a coin when it already hits up on exchanges which i dont really invest on project when i do saw it isnt listed yet.Normally prices would dump when it hit exchanges and thats the time i do buy on cheaper coins and wait for recovery on its ico price.

I joined REAL (real.markets) ICO and I'm waiting now how it is going when they release their BETA of the platform. It was well organized although the Ethereum network was blocked for about 3 hours and I had to wait for my tokens (made me a bit nervous  :D )

I also wanted to join LINK (ChainLink) but this was a mess from organizational point of view but as far as I heard everybody got back its Ether after latest one day. Later I bought some LINK for a bit more than the ICO price because even if the ICO was a mess I think they will deliver and so far I already made some profit.

Generally I would not put too much money in. My max is around 500 bucks depending on how much I trust the company. Of course its very important to find projects who solve a problem, have a realistic plan how to do it and have a team who is fully commitet. Too many ICO these days are just a side project of the key team members and thats a no-go for me.

Another very important thing is the hard-cap and the distribution structure of the tokens. If the Team or insiders of the company hold too many tokens they can manipulate the price quite easy but I guess thats also a concern for buying tokens later on an exchange.

I joined EOS, Terzos and CORION. Still waiting for news from Tezos, EOS already sold (just in time) and CORION is a keeper...

I haven't invested in any ICO's before. I'm just new here and I'm still learning a lot of things and I know that I need to learn more. Maybe in the future, I'll invest in some ICO's. I don't invest, but I support other ICO's if I think they are worth investing, I recommend them to my friends.

I advice you to join only legit ones. Some of them are only exploting your money when you join them. I joined openanx and district0x projects. I'm not satisfied, yet I know they'll provide a real platform to us.

I participated in recent projects such as ADX, COINDASH, CHT, BANCOR, EOS, I like the idea of ​​most projects  ;)

Invested in only 2-3 ICO's. Kickico was one of the best I feel. Opus is also good. Recently invested in vibehub. All three are futuristic projects and for long run. Invested while eth prices were low so am already in profit.

I've invested in 8 ICOs so far. 2 were pre 2017 and those have been my best returns, by far. Hopefully in a years time the more recent ones will catch up but the ICO fever has definitely diminished returns. Additionally, the ones that have done really well for me recently had fairly low personal caps.
A few ICOs I've really liked, I just waited until they hit exchanges and snagged a few cheaper than the ICO price.

Ihave not joined any ICOs, instead I helped them with their signature campaigns and had some tokens I earned through that instead.

Iam not sure how to price a lot of these tokens as there are many ICOs. Ionly join the campaign of an ICO Ithink is going to do well, and there are only a handful!!!

I have invested only in two ICOs: The first was Bancor and i think it was a mistake to join hype ICO, but i believe in this project and sure this project will have success, but it will be better yo buy it now, when the price in fiat is in 30-40% lower then ICO price. And the second is CIVIC - i like Vinny and idea of this project, it has already done x6 and will fly to the moon soon! :)

I haven't joined any ICOs yet because there's a lot of ICOs out there and it's really hard to decide which to invest in. A lot of famous ICO starts up good and disappears like a bubble, some would just like be a shitty project and some coins are not tradable. So, maybe I think I need some before investing in any ICO.

ive just done 1 ICO. of course alot of them are a risk so i rather wait till you hear more from the team/developers and see if its a coin to stay.

I have invested in 6 so far and I plan on investing into 2 more in October, Modex Tech and Alttradex.  Both have good teams and look like they will generate revenue in the short term which is key to survival and healthy growth of the coin.  They are worth looking into.

I have joined a few, although only successfully contributed to 5 of them. Most of the ICOs I joined sold out in minutes if not seconds, but not all of them are making money. In fact, I could have kept it in BTC or ETH and making more money without the hassle

I never invest in ICOs, they are too risky. If there is something I'm interested in that is having an ICO, I'll wait until it's listed on an exchange and then see where the price ends up.

It is a good option you can use if you could wait for a while and invest after listing in exchanges,but there are some ICO which gave more value in the past but for a while things are not that bright as all the price goes down after listing to exchanges.I used to invest in promising ICO and i did stop after STOX as i encountered a heavy loss with the price it has now,i have to recover from that slump before planning to invest again.
