Title: TradeSatoshi.Com - Scam / Fraud | Be Aware! [SOLVED]
Post by: godlikeserver on September 24, 2017, 08:00:28 AM
Hello... Here again.

What happened.

So... we are using this exchanger TradeSatoshi for a while now at first it didn't looked like a such a good idea to use it since do not look professional at all, but since this was the only exchanger wich is using "Bro" for trading for BTC i did not have any other options.

4 Day's ago they had an Maintanance on their wallet of "Bro" and WIthdraws and Deposists was "Stopped" few hour's later the Admin posted in their Twetter that Bro is available again but apperantly it was not, people were sending their bro to their website and none deposists has arrived, this was the start... then i decited to sell my current bro in their website so i can withdraw them as a BTC.
I was abble to sell my Bro.

I went to Withdraw my BTC, went to the withdraw page and requested 0.008BTC to be withdrawed into my account, they have sended me E-mail wich i had to confirm for the transaction to be processed. I have confirmed the transaction and now 4 day's passed since my transaction in their website is in stage "Processing". Please be aware of TradeSatoshi.Com apperently they have some issues with their website or they are just Fraud / Scammers!

Okay, since 5 day's of waiting for 0.008BTC i have received my payment and i lift my accusation.
Apperently they have some website issues that they need to solve, because you can't wait 5 day's for an withdraw on BTC, after all we are using cryptocurrency so we can make almost Instant payments... that is the all point of it.
I'm lifting my accusation but i'm still leaving a bad experience from their Buisness. Be aware from slow withdraws and i personaly make a suggestion to not use it at all, since they don't have a good support as well.

Regards.

I had planned to buy some Safex coins and came across the Tradesatoshi exchange, as it is one of the very few carrying this coin. Yet after reading the posts here (and reviews on other websites), I decided to stay away from this exchange. They seem to have a lousy customer service.
I really don't know why new companies behave like this if they aren't a scam.
If I were to found a company where my customers need to trust me,  like customers need to trust an exchange, I would make customer service my number one priority.
Nothing ruins the reputation of a business more than negative customer feedback in this time of internet reviews.
I will never trust a company which treats its customers with negligence. So using Tradesatoshi is out of the question for me.  ;)

Its good to learn that some kind of resolution seems to have finally taken place and the case has been successfully solved in a decent time frame. Regarding the confirmations taking time, is it possible that its due to increased traffic and more number of users on the networks on a day to day basis?

Hi, yes indeed, is a scam. They tampering passwords.

I tried to register today, the system didnīt accept my password, (capital+number+sepcial char) I did many times and didnīt work. sent a ticket explaining and their answer was, "The password must have Capital letter, Number and Special character in any order. What a fffff. I am telling them that I did as required and is not accepting and they tell me the same ...sh

They sent me 4 passwords that works, they ask me to register with that passwords "Please try these for temporary password. You can change it later if you're registered on the site" WHAAAAT? THEY CANīT HANDLE PASSWORDS, ARE YOU GOING TO FEEL SECURE WITH TRANSACTIONS? OR WALLETS?

It doesn't matter if they fixed your problem, in the end, the fact that it took 5 days for the transaction to be processed is just absurd. I have never had any interest in using that exchange at all, I'm glad I stayed away from them.

Now, this is going to be funny.. many people sending their ZClassic to tradesatoshi in belief they will be able to dump it there right after the fork. Funny thing is, if tradesatoshi wont crack under load? or some other nasty things?? Stay cautious and better leave your ZCL in wallet and after snapshot send it at least to cryptopia or bittrex, once they reopen ZCL wallet.

Quite right ! I bought some ZCL on Tradesatoshi (paying much more than the Bittrex price) and was ready with my sell order as soon as the snapshot had taken place.

What a coincidence. At the exact second of the snapshot the site went down and nobody could sell. As soon as the price of ZCL dropped, and it was no longer worth selling ZCL at the price, the site came back on again. A DoS attack was the given explanation. Now far be it from me to suggest that isn`t true. It could have been a DoS attack but it does make you wonder. Let`s be honest - it`s a small exchange that would have had problems with the volume of sales when everyone sold ZCL at the same time - there would not be enough buyers.

Many questions are being asked on their chat about when Bitcoin Private will be credited to ZCL and Bitcoin holders. I haven`t seen a response yet from Tradesatoshi. It should be today when traders can access their Bitcoin Private on TS. If the price starts high, I hope there isn`t another DoS attack (I doubt it), or there turns out to be some problem crediting BTCP to account holders - at least until after the price has dropped.

Truthfully, I couldn't care less about losing some money making a wrong call with ZCL. However it needs to be an even playing field. Developing a good relationship is part of business. Leveraging those relationships is just being smart - I`m sure TS will do this and credit BTCP today as it should do.

I`ll post back with the outcome - good or bad.

I don`t think the BTCP project has been closed gloriam55. I would be very interested to see some links to your source ?

Update about Tradesatoshi. BTCP has not been credited yet on their site. I want to be very clear about this - this is not the fault of Tradesatoshi. Rather it lies with the Dev`s of BTCP. These things take time I know.

However the Tradesatoshi team are not updating anyone about what is happening. In the `chat` they ignore everyone - check it out for yourself - people are asking every minute about BTCP but there aren`t any replies.

Below the chat box is a news box. If they can`t the answer the questions be transparent about it there - until then the posts will keep coming.

Lets know whats going on - that way everyone will trust the site more. It`s good for their business in the end. Add a few more explanation points in there and we might stop asking the same question. I`ll give the same quote I included in my last post ..... developing relationships is part of business. Leveraging those relationships is just being smart ......

I`ll update the thread tomorrow.

Just to clarify my point. I`m not saying Tradesatoshi are scammers at the moment - they could certainly be MUCH more transparent with their customers though.

EDIT
To give TS their due, they are now giving a link to their news page, where I assume any updates will be posted. They have also said they hope it will be credited to account holders soon.

6th March 6.30 pm.

KuCoin has started distributing the hard fork Bitcoin Private (BTCP) to all users, and giving updates, via their trading platform and Twitter.

TS has said nothing - not a word. A quick update would be nice. Let`s see what happens tomorrow  ::)

Update. To their credit TS have now credited BTCP  to all users. Their news board has the following message.

Trade Satoshi
Bitcoin Private $BTCP markets are live and users have been credited with the appropriate amount

I still think their lack of communication during the fork was somewhat limited - to say the least. It wouldn`t have taken a minute to do so, and would have kept users `in the loop`. However they fulfilled their obligations and pledge to credit users with BTCP as promised.

Well sort of.
If you had ZCL on open orders at the time of the snapshot they have not been credited as BTCP.
So the order was not completed (I didnt expect it to @ 0.02btc but hey it was worth a try)
But now i only have BTCP for the ZCL that wasn't on order.

So the way i see it either they will credit the BTCP or buy my ZCL at the price it was listed for at the time of the snapshot.
If either of these actions is not taken i'll have to pay TS a visit personally to discuss why they think its ok to steal coins that they don't own.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt,  even stood up for them when people said they were as bad as craptopia.  No more.

Don't put your money in this website.

They don't really buy or sell the coins, they simply trade them between their members, keeping any spread they can for themselves.

I've been trying to take my money out of there, but the charge for transferring to an outside wallet is around US$20, which is more than I had in bitcoins. I was trying to buy Eternity, and put the trade to buy the coins, but even though the official rate of the coin was lower than what I was willing to pay, they haven't processed my request.

Then, just to take my money out of that place, I decided to buy BOLI, and just to make it quick, I put the a higher pay than the market. They did convert some of my BTCs, but not all, and using the high rate I offered, instead of using the real market rate, and they converted only part of my order.

This means that, they had someone trying to sell their BOLI, it may have been at a low price, but they kept the difference between the price the other person was selling to the price I offered, and now, the rest, they are waiting someone else to have the BOLIs available to make the trade, and keep the difference between the price offered by the other person and the price I offered to pay. And on top of that, they charge a commission.

It's a really nice way to make money.

Avoid this website just like a vampire avoid the cross.

I get the same message on screen. Also "The service is unavailable"

Now it looks like it is gone. Like a non-existent site.

I re-re-edit. Maintenance mode. That was an ugly wait.

@Lesley121 - it might fail because 2FA should enter in 3 different codes for LOG IN WITHDRAWAL AND TRANSFER.

@Ximiks - if 404 NOT FOUND showed up you just have to close the tab and open new,
also if its maintenance we announce in twitter if it will take to long.

@Cyborg78 - just so you know we have  second level security that called 2FA,
this is to avoid unauthorized personnel to get access in your account.
Also the withdrawal transaction will have to confirm via email registered.
So withdrawal will not proceed if you did not confirm in your email.

@Bitcoinera - all site under go maintenance to fix everything inside. Keep also update in our twitter page.

Infinite27 team of Tradesatoshi.  ;)

Hello...

Scammers Profile Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=902367

Refference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1691388.0

Ammount Scamed: [Sold 300 bro for 0.008BTC] Withdrawed 0.008BTC/$29.2 ( I know it's not allot of money, but their still money tho.)
Payment Method: BroCoin / Bitcoin

Payment proof:
The 300 bro i've sendet to their website: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bro/tx.dws?918b1fc809a29a426c0d30da739bd02eac5f20285fe0a172c509f9db058b6bf3.htm
I don't have TX for the withdrawed money so i can't place it here. But i have screenshot if it's neccesarry to proov that 4 day's i wait for my money.

- Be Aware! These people Fraud / Scam / Rob and don't answer Tickets or in their website chat.
- If the Administrator of this website send my 0.008BTC or contact me here and PM me that he will procceed with my payment i will remove this topic.

Edit:

I'm lifting my accusation over TradeSatoshi since they have processed my Withdraw after 5 day's of waiting.

is it really a scam? i've been trying to list my coin there. please make sure if Trade Satoshi is really scam. Thanks

Get out of TS now.

I've been there for years, with over 1,000 trades and never had any real issues apart from shit support and a demented set of trollbox rules. Loved the place: it was shitcoin heaven, with loads of cheap coins to play with.

Then they decided... something. I don't know what they're trying to do over there but the whole place has gone to hell. 75+ coins delisted in about a month, many without good reason (from discussions on a variety of channels) and some without the possibility of withdrawal (on working wallets - lost over 5 million coins on one because TS was messed up, nothing wrong with the wallet).

Then they suddenly inflict KYC randomly on people, with no possibility of adjusting your profile (and seriously, how many people have their real info in there when all it needs is a name and nothing else?) and requiring that the details on your ID match perfectly.

Their recent changes and fundamentally flawed KYC process just resulted in them keeping all my money, despite my ability to provide ID to prove who I am and everything else. Support has always been awful but they've recently taken a turn for the psychotic, refusing to help, refusing to fix stuff, refusing everything.

I always assumed people who had trouble there were just stupid or deliberately trying to scam or something. Not so. I'm totally legit (and KYC-passed on a multitude of other exchanges), have been there for years and just got fucked up the poop-chute by this thieving bunch of scum.

Get out now, while you still can.
