While in Fantasyland you will be dealt 15 cards instead of 13. Set any 13 on the board and discard two.

There is normally a game of that running most hours throughout the day. But best thing to do is sit and wait a little and mention in the chat. That helps get games going.

I did not invent the game but it is becoming really popular among open face chinese players now. I will update my blog page with rules but if you read the existing blog it's pretty much the same as regular Fantasyland except instead of getting one card each round you get dealt three. You place two on board and discard the other. It's faster and allows for more points to be won in a hand. It's a lot of fun :) Sent you chips to try.

So.. some feedback :) First of all, nicely done, works pretty good, having some fun :) some things:

- Timer starts even when u r not playing at the moment (when u did buy-in already.) I assume there shouldn't be a timer since ppl can do something else between the "hands"(?) - In case this is on purpose: it should reset timer at least after u bet/start again.

- It doesn't remember bet, so when I bet 0.2 it will return to 0.1 next one (I assume it should remember?)

- If the dealer has BlackJack, it shows right away that you lost? I think most casinos would let you "play" first (or better yet you could get BlackJack yourself I think?) Not sure what happened there, either bug or I have to learn the rules better lol :p

So the first two things you mention have been pointed out and are on the todo list of things to fix.

The last one is quite standard on casinos I've been to or played online.
It's because if dealer has Black Jack, and you don't, there's no way for you to win and so to save you from putting more money in when doubling down or splitting it ends the hand there.

[Bug Report]

Say, I started a game of Blackjack for 0.1mBTC, and then lost them. So, there appears a red button in the bottom to "Add Chips" when I click it, a new window opens and in that, I cannot buy in for 0.1 mBTC again by writing "0.1" in the "Other" area, although it says minimum is 0.1 mBTC.

To play again, I've to wait for the timer to finish, then only after clicking "Join Table" I can buy in with 0.1mBTC.

I've tried it four times just to be sure this is not a false positive.

When I click "Join Table" after loosing a game, 2 out of 5 times it starts with wrong buy in amount.
Case#1 - I chose to buy in with 0.5mBTC, it started with 1 mBTC.
Case#2 - I chose to buy in with 0.2mBTC, it started with 0.1mBTC. (I couldn't double down in that game because of this)
Case#3 - I chose to buy in with 0.4mBTC, it started with 0.1mBTC. (I couldn't double down in that game because of this)

Today I am going to work on merging all house investments into one larger house bankroll that is used across all house games instead of each table having it's own bankroll.

just tried to sign up and I found several little quircks.

First when I tried to register I found the captcha really hard to read and missed it. The site told me that I had to try again and... Once I tried it told me that my email address was already taken, which was certainly not true (my name is way too long for anybody to have make a mistake).

So obviously for whatever reason one the registration attempt I did a few second before failed and then "locked" my email address.

I think you should not consider emails from registration which are not complete to be already taken (especially not the emails created a few seconds ago). I only have one email address so this is very problematic for me to have a site telling me my email address is already registered.

Then there's a second error which many websites do: I've got a GMail address, so "abcdef@gmail.com" is the same as "abc.def@gmail.com". So when I noticed that your login procedure had a problem (and blocked my email address), I simply added a '.' in my email address and was able to bypass the "protection" preventing to reuse twice the same email address. GMail addresses should always be canonized when put in DBs and checked against their canonical form. Otherwise you do allow the same email address to be reused twice (defeating the very purpose of that check which is supposed to prevent the reuse of an email address).

Now I'm on the Chromium browser and when I try to use your site it says "Connecting to server..." and never connects. Could this be a firewall issue? (but my browser works with every single website out there). In case your server requires non-standard HTTP/HTTPS port(s), it should tell so to the user. If that's not the case, then forget what I said.

But I'm still stuck on the "Connecting to server..." screen.

I don't know if the reddit promo referral code still works... I used the second Reddit promo code.

The My Casino page has had a little overhaul and now displays all your information better.

I will leave a review for others. The site is a pretty simple layout and does not seem to have many users on it. Although it is simple, the site and games seem stable with no glitches. I played about 40-50 hands of blackjack. Only downside I noticed is i was not allowed to take insurance when the dealer had an ace showing so you might want to fix that. Other than that looks great :)

House investments have grown a bit over past few days. Now 27.5 Bitcoin and 6.4 million doge in house bankrolls.

So max bets are currently 137mB and 32k Dogecoin on house games.

Although there is a Dogecoin table with a higher max bet than hosue games! Someone invested a large amount and set a higher max bet percentage and has made a profit of 1.6 million Dogecoin so far.

If anyone has used the features it would be great to get feedback on what you would like to see added.

Some improvements to the poker section. Things run a little smoother. Slowed down the run out of the cards.

Blackjack tables now get sorted randomly so every table, no matter how high max bet is, gets a shot to be top of list.

This is a really good site, and very well run.  If you are an OFC player, this is basically the only place to go, there are always games running and the reward system is pretty decent with rewarding regular players (even low stakes).

Hi, so that deposit bonus is currently only for poker. It has a play through requirement. So if you deposit 1 Bitcoin you don't get 1 instantly added but as you play it will be added to your account in increments of 0.02 Bitcoin. It clears faster than all sites I know of and is essentially > 50% rb as you play.

Hi, sorry I should clarify that on the actual site. The new leaderboard for poker went up on Saturday so decided it was easier just to do Sat-Fri and so not to have multiple dates I thought it would just be best to do the same with the dice leaderboard.

So it ends at 23:59 Friday GMT.

Yeah it will be split based on your % of total wagered of the top 5 players. I think this is the most fair/balanced way to do this.
The prizepools do increase but I will have to update it manually for a couple days until I write code to do it automatically.

This was long overdue. For the first 9-10 months Pocket Rockets Casino only provided poker games and provably fair doesn't work in that environment.
When I added Blackjack and Dice I felt that there was a lot of trust in me and the site from the community over the past 10 months.
However I realise that that was a stupid way to think and also that isn't the point of the provably fair system.
I had held off adding it in as I am working on new software for the site but felt it was so important for users, especially since it's the standard on every other Bitcoin site, that it had to be added to the current site asap.

For people used to using these tools on other sites you will most likely know how to use the verifiers. I am writing up a tutorial/description for people who don't know to include on the site now.

Hi, yeah I'm actually in the middle of writing up an explanation/tutorial.
It works the same way most sites do.
So for Blackjack a deck is created and shuffled. This is the initial shuffle. Then a server seed is randomly generated.

The hash of both of these are shown to you before you play. You can then supply a client seed, a default one is randomly generated in your browser or you can enter any text you like.

When you bet the client seed is combined with the server seed and the deck is shuffled again with the Mersenne Twister algorithm.
The has of the final deck is shown to you as you play and at the end of the hand the initial deck and server seed are shown to you.

You can use the provided tools to verify everything, Javascript code is provided.

Dice is done in same way except there's no deck or second shuffle. Just your client seed and server seed are used to pick a random number and you can verify it after the roll when the server seed is revealed.

A new server seed is generated every hand/roll.

You can still remain anonymous with those.

Having a confirmed email address makes it easier for you to get in touch and resolve issues and also lets me try contact you if there are problems.

In the next version there will be auto account creation like you see on other sites.

If enough people were to say in here that that actually stops them playing on the site I would remove the required email for now but you would still have to do username/password until the new version comes out unfortunately.

If you are using the default browser maybe try Chrome or Firefox. Those are the two most used and tested browsers.

Is this website probably solvent with cold wallet addresses?

At the moment it is not "provably solvent" in the same way that Coindesk is no.

I have been discussing the best way to do this with a few others and wanted to implement GMaxwell's proof so users could verify this.

The problem is that I use many different wallets and deposits can go to any of these. There is no auto forwarding to one specific address either.

As mentioned in previous posts I am working on the next version of the software and this is a feature that I want to add in.

I looked around the site, I like it a lot, I just wish it had more traffic.  Maybe I'll get involved in a few months and PM you then.  Perhaps if there's a boost of traffic and site additions including standardized cold wallet addresses like you were talking about it could go places! :)

Also, the only option to switch to other games (poker, blackjack, sports) is the tiny black button that only says "blackjack" (red circled). You should list all the options on home page and make them visible, as some new people may not even be aware that you offer more than just a dice game.

How do you deal with sports bets in general? At which point are site losses distributed to investor balances? If I know uv has a big bet on Liverpool winning, and I see at half-time they're 5-0 up, can I divest and leave the other investors to pay him out?

PRC has tiny limits for sportsbetting... last time I looked it was like 0.2 BTC / bet.
Therefore I highly doubt that any professional punters or cappers are gonna use PRC  :)

I even think that due to the bigger juice (comparable to the 1 % edge at the dice) it has an
even better expected return for the investors compared to the dice.
(though the returns in absolute terms will be probably a lot lower due to the low betting volume compared
to the dice wagers)

At the time each market is graded. Usually right after a match.
You could divest like that if you wanted, people done it during the world cup but ended up losing out as there was money on the other markets in the game like hadicap, over / under etc.


Yes there are low limits at the moment compared to the total investment mostly due to the lower traffic we had during the world cup and while I worked on more features, including allowing splitting investment between sports/dice/casino/all. I switched priority to dice over the past month though.

The return on sports obviously has the potential to be much larger than 1% you get on dice and the traffic will grow for it in time.

We all bet on the same result. If it looks like we're going to lose, we all invest before settlement so we get most of our stake back.

I hope it's all of them. ie everyone can bet max 0.2 on Liverpool, but if total bets for Liverpool reach say 2 BTC then event gets locked. And user cannot bet twice on the same event.

Purpose of both user and bet limits would be just to give more people a chance to bet on the said event, but limit per event would have the key importance to prevent/neutralise divesting right before end.

Would you consider starting another signature campaign?
It's a perfect timing, after dicebitcoin crashed and burned and when there are no decent opened campaigns at the moment.

I know you were not happy with the effects of the previous one, but you had Primedice and DB running aggressive campaigns at that time.

This time you can offer much smaller payouts (since there's very little competition) and allow participants to add their referral links, so it's still attractive.

You could limit it to seniors and above (the sigs of full and below are just not visible enough).
