I got my 4 hours and 5 posts done and was eager to start posting something relevant on the other sections but somehow the restrictions are still on. Am I missing something or just too blind find 'New Topic' button in other sections? Just minute ago I was 6 post and still newbie, but now I'm Jr. member and everythings fine.

Fuck quality and go for quantity. There are 2 requirements, 5 posts and 4 hours online. To be "online" you have to click on something on the forum every few minutes.
