Title: Fastest and Cheapest Way to Buy Bitcoin Post by: WuLabsWuTecH on June 01, 2013, 06:27:01 AM So I am trying to do some calculations to figure out what the fastest and cheapest ways are to buy bitcoins.
Here's what I've come up with so far: Bank Account --> Dwolla --> CampBX; Cost = 0.25 USD, Time = 3 days (for ACH) eBay Purchase via PayPal, Cost: Astronomical (about 40-60%); Time = hours Cash --> BitInstant --> (various); Cost = 1-2%; Time = about 90 minutes So it looks like ACH to CampBX is cheapest for buying BTC and Bitinstant is the quickest. Anyone care to add anything to the list that might be cheaper or quicker than I what I've come up with? It has never taken more than 10 min to receive my BTC. They don't charge anything when you buy. Prices start from Mt.Gox average up to 2-3% above it. If you want most offers visit them evening time (GMT). Still, it is probably the best method for someone new to the game. I bought hundreds of coins via Bitinstant last year and it was usually easy as can be. I need to buy BTC/LTC and other alts in a continous basis. I need to pay them with credit card or paypal. I need someone to sell me btc and other coins on a regular basis and volume. We can do very small transactions so you make sure everything is fine and build a trust relationship. There is a new site up called Bittylicious but they averaging around 8% above gox and you can get for around 2-4% on these two platforms above. Anyone know of other methods to buy coins if you live on this island commonly known as the united kingdom?
