I am selling 575 direct AsicMiner shares.

These are direct shares, not a pass though.

I will not be accepting escrow as the shares will be sent directly to you from FriedCat.  If you are placing a very large order of shares (hundreds of them), I'll be willing to escrow the transaction.

I reserve the right to move the share price up/down at any time as long as funds haven't changed hands yet (at that point, they're yours regardless).  I'm looking to keep the price slightly below market to move them.

Be careful using general terms like "I am the owner of 1150 shares". Now everyone can use/steal the above signed message and claim they are the owner. It's better to say "I, sveetsnelda am the owner of xxx shares".

Sorry.  I got an absurd amount of PMs from people wanting to buy a few shares or wanting me to "take pity" and sell them for significantly less than what they're worth.  A 20 share minimum gets me more "serious buyers", and I'd rather not deal with 50+ people wanting to buy 10-15 shares at a time.  This is why there are pass-through exchanges.  Lastly, Friedcat has enough other stuff to do than transfer a share here and a share there.

Are you afraid that I lost control of the address where I'm receiving dividends, or something?  ???  When shares are transferred, the dividends no longer go to my address.  Either way, here's a re-sign:

I plan on waiting for more than one transaction to send the transfer request to Friedcat, but once funds are sent, the shares are yours (even if the share value rises/lowers).  At a minimum, I'll make sure an email goes out Monday regardless (to make sure the transfer happens before dividends).  If the transfer doesn't happen in time and I receive the dividends, I'll forward them to you.

Quick update (I'm at work):

fhh and person have paid for 20 shares each.  Gravito sent a partial payment (I imagine the rest will be sent later?).  Here's the running total:

As long as I receive payment before dividends are issued, those dividends are yours (regardless of when the transfer goes through).  I'll happily forward them.  If I have not been paid however, the dividends are mine.

Confirmed.  If you'd like to use an escrow service however, you'll need to make those arrangements (and pay the fees).  It was specifically stated in the OP that I wouldn't be doing escrow (unless the transaction was large enough, and that certainly applies here).  Friedcat is essentially already an escrow in this situation.  I've been around a while, I've never ran with anyone's money, and I'm certainly not paying thousands of dollars (or tens of BTC) to escrow the transaction.  My last auction was smooth and I handled a fairly significant amount of funds. 

TLDR -- Given that you're buying a large amount of shares and risking a significant amount of money, you're certainly entitled to an escrow service...  you'll just need to arrange it.

That's very generous.  If TaT would like to do this, I'm fine with it.  I've done business with Goat numerous times over the years (and with large amounts of coin).

10 shares are remaining.  If anyone else who has already claimed shares wants to buy the remaining 10 shares, this is preferred.  If not, I'll need to break my 10 share requirement in order to sell them.  I'll PM aerobatic and see if he wants them.  He couldn't come up with the funds for 20 shares in time because of an exchange delay, but I believe he had enough for 10.

One more thing -- if you see your coins moving, they're just in cold storage.  I'm not comfortable keeping this amount of funds in my hot wallet.  I still have the coins, however.

aerobatic replied to my PM (I sent him a PM before you posted this) and he already paid for the shares.  I already agreed to sell them to you though (and I sent him a subsequent PM, but I think he skipped over it).  I'm not sure how literally to take the "first come, first served" part of my post (since I have the BTC in my wallet).  Any comments?  How badly did you want the extra 10 shares?  Should they stay with aerobatic?

Hi.. i didnt see nor read the 2nd msg.. sorry.. i didnt skip over it... i just read your first message which said you were offering them to me first, and i replied immediately saying yes and paid for them to the address you had supplied.  i didnt notice you had sent a subsequent message til just now when i see there is an argument over who will get them...  had i seen that 2nd message there is no way i would've just gone and paid without checking first.  im not in the habit of sending $3000+ to someone with a risk that i dont have a deal.

im happy to abide by whatever you guys decide.   i believe that in terms of timing, i did ask first if i could buy the 10 shares, and you originally told me no and that you would stick to the rules of your auction, and then you pm'd me to say that since there were only 10 left you would offer them to me first...  and i jumped at the chance and said yes.  and paid.   i did that as soon as i woke up this morning and saw your msg (im in UK).. which was 2 or 3 hours after you had pm'd me.

i will abide by whatever you guys decide is the right thing to do in this case but clearly my view is i have a fair argument to believe that it should be me since i asked first, and you offered them to me first, and i paid promptly (within seconds of receiving the msg and within 3 hours of the pm offer being sent)  but if you decide not to then just refund me my btc and i will accept the decision either way.

Yeah, I think you should have them too (asking first and paying first).  I just want to make sure that nobody interprets it differently.  If so, I'll obviously refund your BTC.  I'd assuming "first come, first served" applies to the funds here.

Quick update:

Everyone is paid except for ThickAsThieves (we have an escrow in progress, however).  I need two people to provide me with email addresses and I have PM'd those individuals.

As soon as I get the email addresses and ThickAsThieves has paid to the escrow address, I'll send out the transfer request to FriedCat.

Thanks for keeping us updated. It stops me from getting nervous for no reason. Usually thats a good indicator that I've spent too much money, lol.

I think Friedcat may have accidentally shorted someone by 5 shares though.  I just saw dividend Satoshis for 5 shares hit my account (even though I shouldn't own any shares at this point).  Can everyone check and see if they're missing any?  Math had to have gone wrong somewhere...
