Yes, that's the project.

if at least people bothered to write down the real names and addresses of team members it would be very easy to report the case to the police

If they are scammers, I dont get why they started rebranding everything to AiO. It all makes little sense to me.

At least on the twitter channel there's a message:

AiO‏ @AiO_token  3. Okt.
 Site is in the re-branding stage due to the acquisition. Everything is still going according to the road map, starting in November.
