Title: What do you think about "Proof-of-knowledge"?
Post by: tuli22 on October 03, 2017, 09:38:23 AM
Hi all, we've built a platform called HelpTap (https://helptap.com) wherein anyone can share instant answers, knowledge and services on chat with people who are looking for help.

In return they get rewarded with in-app coins. It's already live and hundreds of people from blockchain communities are using it!

Would love to hear what you think about the economics of the idea and platform?

Checked it. Sounds interesting enough though I didn't connect using my social media accounts. Maybe add  more log-in options?

Also, since you only need to answer questions, does that mean the coins somehow are just created out of "thin air"? And how would do you plan to reduce spam? Just look at this forum and you'd see people giving short responses just to reach their quotas.

this idea and platform is good. It is usually the most used and common ways in blockchain communities. This thing called "Proof-of-knowledge" is a strategy to gain the interest of the people which is very responsive.
