In return they get rewarded with in-app coins. It's already live and hundreds of people from blockchain communities are using it! Maybe add more log-in options? Also, since you only need to answer questions, does that mean the coins somehow are just created out of "thin air"? And how would do you plan to reduce spam? This thing called "Proof-of-knowledge" is a strategy to gain the interest of the people which is very responsive.
