My order shipped few days ago from Bitmain to Russia with Xiang gao courier. But i can not find any website related this courier company to check my tracking number even i tried on 17track.com

How can i find my order status?

Heres what I think okay? I think you may just been scamed  you should atleast know its background just to be safe or Maybe your order is just stock but as you said you cant track it try to do everything you maybe been scammed.

Unless the company that you bought from provides info, then you just have to wait and see what happens, that is not bad shipping times for and you should not panic yet. Really, don't bother panicking either way because there is nothing you can do anyway and no recourse, so you are at there mercy.

they were in thanksgiving for 10 days also i sent 7 support mail but there is no any return my side. They send goods via UPS express, normally express cargo takes 3-4 days.

maybe if you have a relative or friend who lives where bitmain operates you could ask that relative or friend to go complain on your behalf

Looking into your words, I want to ask if there has been a notice from bitmain that they have sent your order? if not, there is no possibility for that maybe your order is still in the preparation stage.

hey OP, you should try to contact that given by Slow death. it seems that's just your worries, because bitmain has a warranty for every order.

I will not hurry to make you scared about that you were scammed.
This Xiang gao courie should have a web site, try to search there if you still didn't and write to their support that should be on their site.
I oftenly ordering on Chinese sites different staff and in 50% the track-number just can't be followed and in time I always get my order. You should also wait those days that is necessary for delivery, they usually write how much days it is going to take when you chose the way of delivery.

I believe bitmain won't scam you but it'a already known that they have bad shipping and bad support too. Still wait for some days to get response from them, if you won't get answer on any email, then I think it's better for you to open scam accusation thread here because they often care about that and there were many users who's problems were sold by bitmain after that action. But still wait for some days or call them.

Did you receive the product?

yes i received 2 weeks ago. bitmain delivered goods to customs on time but custom process took 3 weeks in china side. Finally i reached them :)

Thanks for the update. I think this is important to consider is that bitmain isn't always the issue when it comes down to shipment issues and the customs will almost always look into mining equipment being shipped overseas.

Right, they said that there is huge amount overseas delivery from china to rest of the world especially asic miners. They are standing on this popularity and investigate all orders.
