The current fee needed for fast confirmation according to this link: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ Is 150 Satoshi per byte at the time I am posting this. You paid too small of a fee if you want fast confirmation. This transaction might confirm if the network load drops low enough or if a generous miner decided to confirm it for you out of the charity in their heart.
