We just launched a platform for ICO enthusiasts. Its called www.ICOmonk.com (http://www.ICOmonk.com)

In our platform you can rate ICOs based on:
- Team
- Technology
- ICO Structure
- Community
- Hype

And you can share your thoughts on ICOs by giving:
- Positive
- Neutral
- Negative
feedbacks

Our platform just launched on desktop today, and there may be errors while using it. If you bump on any please let us know.

We are dedicated to build this platform into an ICO community with lots of great information.

The more there will be feedbacks and ratings, the more valuable it will become for everyone. There are no ratings and feedbacks yet, as I post this.

I hope in the future we can have a platform full of great information so everyone can make better decisions while investing in ICOs.

Investing in really great ICOs at launch is definitely very profitable, it's like the new mining just like you said. However, since not all ICOs will make great returns, I feel like research is the key to more profitability. That's why we created ICOmonk so it can become a one time stop for all the information, feedbacks, ratings etc.

Looks really great but what security measures your have placed for restricting multiple account creation?
Also add option to rank ICO based on ratings, right now all ICO were listed in order of the end date.

So you're telling me all those feedback's/reviews mentioned on the website would be personal experience ? I doubt it because on a place where people get paid a few cents to write fake reviews about services on websites like yelp/amazon it wouldn't be hard to get your ICO's hyped up by paying for fake feedback.Unless you're validating them personally,but again even you have to make money.

I'm with you here. Crowd intelligence is a really bad idea for an ICO ratings service as it's immediately vulnerable to at least two pitfalls that I can think of.

1. It will encourage paid posters to post fake reviews and ratings. Judging from the majority of opinions on the altcoin ICO threads in this forum, you'll get people rating ICOs maximum scores on vague technology and fake development teams.
2. In the rare event of a good ICO, you can have competitors sloughing it out here, sending their shill minions to downgrade your project with terrible reviews, fake scam accusations... you get the point.

Getting a decent, objective ICO rating is tough enough, as it is. Gleaning one from something like this? Not going to work.

Exactly. It won't make your site credible and will not attract visitors because all of those feedbacks and ratings might came from an individual who just said his own opinions.

But I fear it will just turn into another site collecting marketing money to have the top spots.

Your no. 2 point is spot on and this is the things that lingers in my mind. Evidently, there are a lot of paid schills/trolls in this forum already making false accusation against its competitor ICO project. Not a good idea, but its been practice already so expect the same treatment with many upcoming ICO's. And even if they are not the shills or minions being sent to destroy the other ICO's can you can tell it? How will you differentiate the "real" review vs paid trolls reviews? See it? I now that we all do need to make money here, just that..... Anyways, goodluck to you and I hope you get what we are all saying here.
