Opening the market right after the site assumes they are actually going to open the site. I don't think there's any danger of that right now. If it were me, running the site, I would spend 30 seconds every few hours posting an update... like "Hey... site is going live... site isn't going live... small problem with this, big problem with that" rather than this once every 12-24 hours AFTER deadlines they arbitrarily post.
