"A fee of 0.1 DGC is taken out of all outgoing payments to cover network fees (not in our control). You will not receive a return payment if the payment amount is less than 0.1 DGC as the fee will cost us more than the payment." I sent 1.00 DGC, and won, but only to receive 1.0008 DGC. I don't really care because I was just testing it out, but it seems I actually found a bug?
