But if you consider that Mt.Gox learned from this experience you can say, that now after update they prolly have the most secure site out there.

Yeah, while they were down, they also launched a new backend which they have been intending on doing for at least 2 week now. Whatever is on the account itself is play money.

I think it is close ... if it gets a little CSS love I'm guessing we'll find it adequate. Though one problem I see is that the amounts are not negative when the transaction will subtract from the balance. e.g., an "out" (withdraw) or a "spent" (either executed a buy order or sent funds to another customer).
