If you want a user to keep your chat active with random discussions on anything or a particular topic I can do it pm me, if you are looking for someone to flame/spam for you I am not interested.

Your offer is not that clear friend. As far as I understand all you need is a troll to your chat (which is a group chat I think, right). Expand your job offer , I think I can have it, since I have telegram.  What i understand is that you need a person who can chat in telegram and keep the group active, or it could be a manager who answers the users queries.

Another telegram trolls job. Why you cannot make it by yourself like discuss something by your group chat. So you will not pay for others. Anyway that is your choice. I guess you better put your telegram account here so it is easy to contact you as you are not online and also not replying here.

I guess he is looking for someone who can make the chat group alive and even active and make some update with its member, tell me if I am right. :)

I don't think "troll" is the right term to refer someone to keep active some chat group.
