hy I want to about ICO how it works how to buy ico currency.& how to asses the potentiallity of a ico currency.thanks.

often visit thread about ico or bounty,, folow the rules,increase your aktivity and read a lot forums.
post and aktivity is one of the main requirements to be able to participate follow bounty,and for newbie level just can join bounty socmed.
For newbie like better focus ranks/level first, minimal to jr member could be follow bounty in forum

you need to watch out in the announcements boards for new ICO's happening. on each ICO board there will be instructions for when the sale starts and the different incentives available for getting in early. its very simple.

So i would suggest you first check and study this ICOs project. after you decide to join.
cautions : it's very carefully because many project are scam.

The first thing you need to do before getting into ICO is to read and understand what the team is looking to do, ICO is like IPO but most of these are tokens and can only be used on the platform the project is looking to developed
