Title: Why can I not post...-_-
Post by: Gherik on October 20, 2017, 09:12:14 AM
It's like the moment I arrive in this forum, I can't post anything. Says I posted 5 minutes ago which I haven't, been saying that for the past couple hours, which makes no logical sense. Please elaborate someone.

*EDIT* Oh wow, okay, so all of a sudden now this posts. Okay, screw this forum site, I'm out

Q: Why do I get the "The last posting from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago." error when I haven't posted today?
A: Logging in, sending PMs and reporting posts to a moderator will also be counted as posting and extend this limit back to 360 seconds. Don't worry: as your activity increases, the 360 second limit will decrease as well. Here you can see the algorithm how the posting limit is caluclated based on your activity: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=237597.msg4131557#msg4131557 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=237597.msg4131557#msg4131557)

I also hate it, but it is the rule. Nothing much we can do about it
